What Jenna Fischer From The Office Is Doing Now

The Office star Jenna Fischer has been keeping herself plenty busy since the end of the beloved sitcom in 2013—and her life post-Pam Beesly looks like a lot of fun. In 2015, she starred in the miniseries You, Me And The Apocalypse (for which she also served as an associate producer), and in 2016 had a recurring role on The Mysteries Of Laura as well as appearances in The Grinder and Drunk History. In 2017, she had a recurring role on The Guestbook and appeared in the film Brad's Status (2017). In 2018, she appeared in The 15:17 To Paris (2018) as well as the series Splitting Up Together, and she'll executive produce the upcoming National Parker. She's also made regular talk show appearances on daytime staples including The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Talk, and The View.

Fischer's been indulging in her non-movie and television passions in a big way: She wrote a book, The Actor's Life, in 2017. Her Instagram is full of her adventures in the kitchen as an avid baker, including an apple upside down cake, a strawberry shortcake, lemon meringue pie and an almost endless assortment of breads. She also posts sponsored content, including a partnership with Smirnoff Vodka and cat litter. When she's not cooking up something delish, she's burning off all those calories with some serious workouts.

She is still very connected to 'The Office' and her co-stars

Jenna Fischer also stays in touch and close with her co-stars from The Office, including onscreen love John Krasinski, with whom she had a hilarious and friendly rivalry (and troll war) over the 2019 NHL Finals. In late September 2019, Fischer and Angela Kinsey linked up with co-star Kate Flannery for the Thirst Gala charity benefit. Then in October 2019, Fischer and Kinsey will launch a podcast, Office Ladies, that will take listeners behind the scenes of each episode of the NBC megasmash. Fischer told People that the podcast would be a "love letter to the fans" and added of working with Kinsey, "We've been wanting to work together again ever since we stopped working together. Angela and I became best friends because we were cast on The Office together, we worked together and saw each other every day. I think the hardest part for me about it ending was that I didn't get to see my best friend every day anymore."
