This Is How Much Sammi Giancola Is Actually Worth

Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola hit the reality television scene back in 2009 with the debut of MTV's Jersey Shore. What the starlet became known for, however, was anything but sweet as viewers tuned in week after week to see her drama-ridden relationship with fellow co-star, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro.

When MTV announced that it would be doing a reunion series of the iconic show titled Jersey Shore Family Vacation, it came as a bit of a surprise that Giancola opted not to come back (well, the real version of her, anyway). The MTV alum explained her decision more on her Instagram, writing, "At 31, I am currently extremely happy in every aspect of my life and want to avoid potentially toxic situations." We really can't blame Giancola for her choice. The casting director of the original show, Doron Ofir, told Vulture of the former couple's relationship, "They became the most organic, volatile duo, I think, in the history of reality television."

While there's no denying the cash cow that the show became for all its stars, it begged the question: was Giancola really that well off to be able to stay away from the money-making allure of the series? Let's see how much Sammi Giancola is actually worth.

Sammi Sweetheart said it best, being a 'Jersey Girl really paid off'

Sammi Giancola showcased her affinity for business back on Jersey Shore, working in the Shore Store selling t-shirts. "Jenni and Sammi, I would always put them on the register," mused the shop owner Danny Merk to Vulture. "They were great." Well, it turns out, times have certainly changed since the reality TV alum started at $10 an hour at the store as her net worth now sits at $2 million.

So, how does the starlet make her money? Simply put, it pays to be Sammi Giancola. According to her website, the New Jersey-born celeb has made money modeling for some publications like Harper's Bazaar, People, and Us Weekly. As she so succinctly put it on her site, "Growing up as a Jersey Girl really paid off!"

While celebrity appearances definitely also make Giancola some dough, it appears that the bulk of her money comes from being a social media influencer. In addition to using her Instagram fame to promote her own clothing and accessories line, Sweetheart Styles, Giancola also runs a YouTube channel with fiancé Christian Biscardi. The couple shares videos of them cooking at home, traveling and planning their upcoming wedding, and we have to admit, it's all pretty cute.

All that to say, it seems like Giancola's entrepreneurial path away from her former co-stars is suiting this Jersey girl just fine.
