The Transformation Of Kim Kardashian's Nose Is Wild To See

Kim Kardashian can deny ever undergoing a rhinoplasty all she wants, but it is undeniable that her nose has drastically changed since she shot to fame with the premiere of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" in 2007. It is true that Kardashian's looks underwent a major evolution throughout the years, but not everyone believes that her nose changes can be attributed to contouring and makeup alone. Plenty of people and plastic surgeons alike believe she surgically altered her nose, and old photos show why.

In the left picture from 2005, Kardashian's nose looks wider overall when compared to the 2025 one on the right. Her nasal tip seems to have become more delicate and the dorsum straighter and more refined. The nose alae also look more prominent in the after picture, giving her nostrils a flared appearance. One Reddit user summed it all pretty succinctly. "Bro her nose looks very different. It's upturned, flared and pointier," the netizen wrote in response to a Redditor who argued Kardashian didn't look all that different today.

Many other social media users go even further, suggesting Kardashian has actually undergone more than one nose job. They point out that her flared nostrils looked even more pronounced at one point. "...it looked like she was constantly smelling a pile of sh*t and she definitely had it fixed to what it is now," a Redditor argued. People have made up their minds about Kardashian's nose, but that doesn't mean she'll change her rhetoric just because of it.

Kim Kardashian has consistently remained on the list of stars who deny having plastic surgery, long insisting that the nose we see is today the one she was born with. She admits that they may look different in photos from her past compared to recent ones, but she attributes those changes to the superb skills of makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic. "I never had my nose done. Everyone thought I did," she said during a 2019 masterclass with Dedivanovic (via ET).

The makeup artist told the audience that he uses his techniques to smooth out the appearance of her nose bump, and that's why her nose looks different in pictures. His skills even shock Kardashian herself. "Pictures, I swear, I look at them and would be like, 'Wow, the bump looks so much bigger in some pictures than in others,'" she said. Kardashian's children would one day prove everyone wrong, she predicted. "You will see when I have kids, they will have the same nose as me," she tweeted in response to the article below.

If her four kids' noses take after hers or Kanye West's is a different discussion, but many people do think Kardashian may be telling the truth. "Her nose literally looks the same just better makeup," an X user defended. Another agreed that photo angles and her different makeup style across the years is the biggest contributor to the perceived changes to her nose. "Clearly, her head us tilted in the second picture and contouring wasn't a thing back when the first picture was taken," another user argued.
