If you haven't heard of Michele Morrone yet, then you better watch the Netflix movie 365 Days as soon as possible. In the Polish erotic thriller, the Italian hunk plays Massimo, a Sicilian mobster who kidnaps Laura, a Polish woman, while she is on vacation in Italy with her uncaring boyfriend. Massimo tells Laura he saw her on a beach five years ago, and since then, he hasn't stopped thinking of her. So, he keeps her as his prisoner for one year (hence the movie's title) until she falls in love with him. More than a little problematic, no?
The movie — which critics have compared to the 50 Shades of Grey trilogy — has a zero percent score on Rotten Tomatoes as of this writing, and Variety called the film "a thoroughly terrible, politically objectionable, occasionally hilarious Polish humpathon ..." Despite the critiques, 365 Days has made headlines and has been trending on Netflix since its release in June 2020.

Michele Morrone's chemistry with his co-star, Anna-Maria Sieklucka, is off the charts in the movie 365 Days, which premiered on Netflix in June 2020. So much so, fans insisted the movie stars weren't faking it while they were intimate on-screen. "It seems like real because we are good actors," Morrone said in an Instagram Live video in April 2020. In fact, Morrone said his connection with Sieklucka got stronger by performing steamy scenes together. "They were really deep, so if we didn't like each other and had that bond on set, it wasn't going to be real — the scenes," he added. "We were forced to be friends, but we became friends for real. I love Anna."
Meanwhile, as of this writing, Morrone appears to be single — he was last spotted kissing Italian ballet dancer Elena D'Amario in 2019, per Marie Claire — while Sieklucka posted a photo with a mystery man on Instagram in April 2020.

Michele Morrone may be our new Netflix crush at the moment, but he almost left acting behind after his divorce from his ex-wife, Rouba Saadeh, a Lebanese fashion designer who founded Le Paradis Des Fous. "A year and a half ago, I was about to leave everything, I didn't want to act anymore," he wrote in February 2020.
"I was in a severe state of depression after divorcing my wife," he continued. "I found work as a gardener in a remote village of 1000 inhabitants because I had no more money in my pocket. But life is strange, when you're down destiny puts the right train in front of you, and if you're strong, you can take it. Always believe in yourself ... ALWAYS."
Morrone and Saadeh — who now works for designer Elie Saab, according to her Instagram profile — called it quits in 2018 after four years of marriage, according to Marie Claire, and they share two sons, Marcudo Morrone and Brado Morrone. These days, Morrone's career is on the up and up, but he also makes sure to spend time with his kids, whom he clearly adores. Morrone's album, Dark Room, dropped in February 2020 — on Valentine's Day, to be exact — and some of the tunes were used throughout the film. For example, "Hard for Me" was the movie's opening song, "Watch Me Burn" played during the shower scene, and "Feel It" was heard at the end of the film, per Marie Claire.
The Italian native also shared his artwork with his fans on Instagram in May 2020. "My world," he captioned a photo of himself holding a painting of a woman's chest with a skeleton-like head. Some fans were confused by the abstract piece, but others were blown away by his artistic ability. "You are a very talented artist," one person wrote, while another echoed, "Beautiful!" A third user simply wrote: "Man, you're too perfect." Indeed, he is.
