The Truth About Jenelle Evans And Chelsea Houska's Relationship

Teen Mom 2's Jenelle Evans and Chelsea Houska were once good friends. The two reality stars first bonded over their early entrance into motherhood on MTV's hit spin-off series. But, as the two grew older, their lives changed and so did their respective viewpoints. 

Things began to go sour between Jenelle and Chelsea in April 2019 after Chelsea's father, Randy Houska, expressed his disapproval with Jenelle's husband David Eason. At the time, David was fired from the MTV show after he reportedly shot and killed the family dog, People reported. While David's role on the series was terminated, Jenelle was allowed to continue filming until she, too, was let go after the season wrapped. 

"This is the opportunity to show the contrast that young women can choose to direct their life," Randy said in response to a fan on Twitter, who asked his thoughts on the situation. "Chels chose to focus on her child until the right man appeared vs. choosing a man who is abusive and misogynistic. We tell our story [and] let them choose." Yikes!
