In September 2020, The Daily Dish confirmed that they finalized their divorce. During an October 2020 appearance on The Wendy Williams Show, Joe revealed, "I'm actually seeing a lawyer, yeah. She's helping me out a lot of here, you know what I mean? It's good," per Reality Tea.
He vaguely elaborated, "I've got a lot of things going on out here and she's been putting a lot of deals together for me. We've been seeing each other, you know what I mean?" He said that they weren't "boyfriend and girlfriend," but they had been "hanging out a lot."
Then, in November 2020, Page Six reported that Teresa is dating Luis "Louie" Ruelas, a 46-year-old single father of two. As an inside source told the outlet, "The relationship is very new, but both are very happy." The two were spotted at a local football game over the weekend, captured in a photo that was shared on deuxmoi's Instagram Story. Page Six reported that Teresa Giudice's supposed new man Louie Ruelas is the co-founder of Digital Media Solutions. According to his profile on the company website (which has since been removed), he launched his first business when he was 19 years old. He ran Red Fish Media, which is a mobile and digital marketing firm that worked with brands including Starbucks and Ralph Lauren. Before starting Digital Media Solutions, he was the CEO and co-Founder of Marketing Solutions, which is a direct response marketing firm. He currently resides in Allendale, N.J. and is an avid philanthropist who spends his time advocating for kids with special needs "with a particular focus on Autism given his son's condition."
So far, the mother of four hasn't confirmed the relationship herself, but a source told Us Weekly in June 2020 that "Teresa is ready to fully put the past behind her and move forward in every part of her life, that includes allowing Bravo to film her dating." Supposedly, "dating is going be a part of Teresa's storyline." HollywoodLife reported, "Teresa is having fun and flirting with men but she's not dating anyone seriously. It'll probably be some time before that happens but her friends are trying to set her up."
