Christina Aguilera Shows Off Her Stunning Quarantine Look

Christina Aguilera is definitely embracing a new look in 2020. On Nov. 20, 2020, the 39-year-old Grammy-winning pop star posted a photo of herself at home on Instagram, and it. blew. up. Aguilera rocked bright neon orange joggers and yellow nails, and captioned the photo, "Checking in... how's everyone doing?" The singer's hair was down and she wore little makeup, a contrast to her typically glam look. This new look has fans wondering what the pop royal has up her sleeves, with one question on the forefront of every Fighter's mind: Is she dropping new music?

Aguilera, who is a mother of two, rose to fame in the early 2000s and has reinvented herself countless times since then. From her relatively innocent "Genie in a Bottle" phase to her "nasty," "filthy" look in her "Dirrty" music video, Aguilera is no stranger to growing and transforming her look and brand for the next episode.

So, what inspired this superstar and former The Voice coach to post this buzz-worthy photo? Is new music coming from this quarantine? Keep reading to find out.

Christina Aguilera has a new look and new management

Christina Aguilera's recent picture isn't the first fashionable post the superstar has shared in 2020, and fans are desperate to know more.

In early November 2020, Variety reported that Aguilera had fired her manager of 20 years, Irving Azoff. The outlet also noted that, if Aguilera's bio page is any indication, the singer is now officially aligned with Roc Nation, the label founded by Jay-Z. Roc Nation represents many of hip-hop and pop music's heaviest hitters, including Mariah Carey, Rihanna, Megan Thee Stallion, Normani, Big Sean, DJ Khaled, Alicia Keys, The-Dream, Lil Uzi Vert, and Meek Mill.

In the midst of this transition, Aguilera has posted a number of ultra-chic 'grams. In one picture, the singer sports a fall-inspired hat paired with a black turtleneck, while another sees her in a sleek, sexy leather top and some funky shades.

It appears that, for Aguilera, new management comes with a new look. Does that mean there will be new music from the "Candyman" singer in the future? Aguilera fans can only hope that the pop star will caption one of her Instagram pictures with an announcement of a new track. Until then, though, we'll still be listening to "Come On Over Baby" on repeat.
