The Truth About Tiffany Moon, RHOD's New Housewife

Move over, Orange County. There's a new Dr. Moon in Bravo TV town. Dr. Tiffany Moon, that is. 

Physician Tiffany Moon is slated to join Season 5 of the Real Housewives of Dallas, premiering Tuesday, Jan. 5! The new cast member took to Instagram to announce her debut and promote the show's new trailer that just dropped! "SADDLE UP because I'm the newest Housewife!" she wrote along with clip of the trailer. "#RHOD returns Tuesday, January 5th on @BravoTV! Here's a sneak peek at the Season 5 trailer. Tiffany is joining the cast alongside seasoned cast members Brandi Redmond, Kary Brittingham, Stephanie Hollman, D'Andra Simmons, and Kameron Westcott, as well as their friend Jennifer Davis Long. Her debut also comes on the heels of LeeAnne Locken's firing.

Dr. Tiffany Moon is making Dallas housewife history!

Real Housewives of Dallas' newest cast member, Dr. Tiffany Moon, is making history. In an Instagram post, Tiffany included a picture of herself along with a caption that read, "I am beyond thrilled and honored to share with you that I will be joining the Real Housewives of Dallas season 5 as the first Medical Doctor and first-generation Asian American on the franchise. Can't wait to share my journey with you all. Thank you for your love and support."

To learn more about her heritage, look no further than her Bravotv.com bio. According to her bio, Tiffany moved to the United States as a little girl from "a small town, just outside of Beijing, China." She's also described as being "the product of extreme 'tiger parents.'" The bio also touts her accomplishments, including graduating college at 19 years old and medical school at 23! Pretty impressive!

In her bio, we also learn that she's introduced to the group by way of fellow housewife D'Andra Simmons. The bio also says that much of Tiffany's storyline this season will focus on her "struggles to find the balance between her demanding job as a frontline worker during a pandemic and being a wife and a mother to her five-year-old twin girls."
