Kristin Cavallari Slams Romance Rumors With This Southern Charm Star

It's probably safe to say 2020 has been quite the year, coronavirus pandemic or not. Between surprise celebrity engagements, pregnancies, and shocking breakups, there has been a ton of buzz in Tinseltown, despite some stars staying home to wait out the social distancing guidelines brought on by COVID-19.

One of the most surprising divorces of 2020 was that between reality star Kristin Cavallari and former NFL player Jay Cutler after seven years of marriage and having three children. The pair announced their divorce in April and blamed it on "growing apart," although a source later alleged to Page Six that Cavallari was supposedly growing impatient with Cutler's lack of a job or life plan after retiring from the NFL in 2017. (Another insider denied the speculation shortly after.)

The former reality star and businesswoman has made it clear that her kids — not dating — are her top concern following her divorce. "My priority, my focus right now, is my kids and just making sure my kids are good," she told People in September 2020. That hasn't stopped romance rumors from flying, though. Cavallari had to shut down dating gossip involving her and her former flame Stephen Colletti in September 2020, and then she was rumored to be with comedian Jeff Dye in December 2020. Now Kristin Cavallari has slammed romance rumors once again, denying that she's dating this Southern Charm star.

Kristin Cavallari has no boyfriend, but lots of friends

If a celebrity is single, that means they're is dating the next person they're seen with, right? Wrong. That exact situation prompted Kristin Cavallari to take to Instagram on Dec. 14, 2020, to assure fans that she is still very much single in response to romance rumors following her appearance in an Instagram Live with Southern Charm star Austen Kroll.

"I didn't realize I wasn't allowed to have FRIENDS that are guys," she wrote with a selfie of her rolling her eyes, per Page Six. The denial came after Cavallari was reportedly seen dancing "on Kroll's shoulders" during the Instagram Live video. However, they were not alone, as they were also spending time with Cavallari's longtime stylist Justin Anderson and another Southern Charm star, Craig Conover. At least she cleared the air (that is, until her next rumored fling).

When speaking about the Stephen Colletti romance gossip with People in September 2020, Cavallari clarified where she stands on dating at the moment. "I'm not interested in anybody right now. I'm happy. I just got out of a 10-year relationship," the mother of three said. "I don't really want to put energy into anything else right now, other than my kids and Uncommon James and my friends." The Instagram Live with her pals was a true example of words put into action.
