What Bridget Moynahan And Gisele Bundchen Said About Tom Brady's Huge Win

On Feb. 7, 2021, fans eagerly watched as Super Bowl LV went down in Tampa, Fla. Two teams — the Kansas City Chiefs and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers — battled for the coveted win, with the latter one leaving as the champions. Although the win was big for Buccaneers fans, it also marked a record-breaking milestone for the team's quarterback, Tom Brady. This win wasn't Brady's first — actually, it wasn't his second, third, or fourth win either! The football star scored his seventh win at Super Bowl LV, though it was his first win with the Buccaneers.

As many fans know, Brady has a long history in the NFL, and he's quite familiar with playing in the big game. Not only has he won seven Super Bowls in his career, but Brady has played in 10 total, which is more than any other player can say, according to CBS Sports

After an exciting game, fans and fellow footballers are congratulating Brady on another success. Of course, the quarterback also had two very special people rooting for him: wife Gisele Bündchen and his ex-girlfriend, Bridget Moynahan. Both women had something to say about Brady's big win, and we've got all the details.

Bridget Moynahan still supports Tom Brady

After the Buccaneers solidified their win, Bridget Moynahan joined in on the celebrations with a touching Instagram post. "I am pretty sure I am not the only one from #patriotsnation @bucaneers," the actor and model wrote alongside an image of Brady with the Buccaneers' win announcement. Moynahan, who shares son Jack with the star, also included the hashtags "#greatgame" and "#soproud" in her post, letting fans know that she couldn't be happier for her former boyfriend.

Of course, this wasn't the first time Moynahan expressed support for Brady. When news broke that the quarterback would be heading to his 10th Super Bowl, Moynahan also used her Instagram platform to show support. "Could not be more proud @tombrady said he would do it and he did," she wrote, alongside a photoset that shows a sweet moment between Brady and Jack. Clearly, there's no bad blood between the exes, and Moynahan is over-the-moon about Brady's success.

Gisele Bundchen is Tom Brady's number one fan

Gisele Bündchen was ready to support Tom Brady at Super Bowl LV — and, like Brady, this wasn't the model's first Super Bowl experience. Bündchen has seen her husband through several Super Bowl games — wins and losses. She and Brady first met in 2006, started dating the following year, and got married in 2009, according to Insider. Over the years, the couple has gone through ups and downs, but they've been by each other's side all the way through. The model has boasted her support in previous Super Bowls on Instagram, and LV was no different. Though the big game went down a little differently because of COVID-19 restrictions, Bündchen was at the stadium, cheering on her husband.

Right before the big game kicked off, the former supermodel posted a sweet tribute to Brady and the Buccaneers. "Let's go Bucs!!!!!!! Let's go papai!!!" she wrote in an Instagram post, alongside a photoset of her posing in a Buccaneer t-shirt. And, once the game was over, Bündchen joined Brady and the team on the field, along with the couples' children. Based on the photos, Bündchen is just as thrilled as Brady about his team's big Super Bowl win.

Tom Brady, Gisele Bündchen, and Bridget Moynahan have a unique family dynamic

Though not all exes may be as friendly as Bridget Moynahan is to Tom Brady, the former couple has a good reason to keep things amicable — their son, Jack, who was born in 2007. The footballer and model shared a relationship from 2004 to 2006, according to Us Weekly. Shortly after their breakup, Moynahan learned that she was pregnant with Brady's child. Brady, meanwhile, had already moved on and was in a new relationship with Gisele Bündchen, whom he'd later marry. Despite being separated, Moynahan and Brady decided to move forward as co-parents. (Brady would later go on to welcome two more children with Bündchen, Benjamin and Vivian.)

Although the situation may seem complicated, Brady, Moynahan, and Bündchen have come to embrace their family dynamic. Though Bündchen struggled with the news of Moynahan's pregnancy at first, she's come to have gratitude for Moynahan and lovingly refers to Jack as her "bonus child," per Page Six. Moynahan has opened up about the scrutiny she faced during her pregnancy, however, she is grateful now that her son is "surrounded by love," as she told People amid the release of the book she co-wrote, Our Shoes, Our Selves

Regardless of a rocky history, both Bündchen and Moynahan have nothing but love for Brady and are happy to support the football star in all his successes.
