Chrishell Stause Just Made A Bold Statement About Men

Chrishell Stause hasn't had the best of luck when it comes to her dating life. In November 2019, her husband of two years, This is Us star Justin Hartley shockingly filed for divorce. The split, unfortunately for Stause, happened while she was in the middle of filming season three of Netflix's reality show, Selling SunsetSo, the whole world was able to tune-in and watch as the soap star-turned-luxury-realtor-turned-reality-star navigated one of the most painful moments of her life. According to Us Weekly, Hartley and Stause's divorce became finalized one year after announcing their split. The outlet reported that in Jan. 2021, "[b]oth parties entered into a confidential settlement as to terms of the divorce, including spousal support."

While the breakup was not easy for Stause, she eventually moved on and began dating Dancing with the Stars pro Keo Motsepe a few months before finalizing her divorce. The duo met on Season 29 of ABC's dance competition series, and while Stause didn't take home the Mirror Ball, she did win over Motsepe's heart. Following the season, the pair were frequently posting about one another on each other's Instagram accounts and seemed like a perfect match.

However, as much as DWTS fans wanted them to last, the relationship was short-lived. In late February 2021, news broke that the new couple had called it quits after just three months of dating. The split from Motsepe was not easy for Stause, and ultimately caused her to say this about men.

An Instagram comment prompted a big response from Chrishell Stause

In the past two years, actor and reality star Chrishell Stause has had two rather public breakups: a 2019 divorce from This is Us heartthrob Justin Hartley and a 2021 split from DWTS pro Keo Motsepe. So, it's not surprising that she is taking a step back from dating and immersing herself in work. While she's tried her best to keep both breakups relatively quiet, she has been pretty vocal on where she stands with men and her dating life—especially in an early March 2021 Instagram comment.

According to Peopleon March 3, 2021, a few weeks following her breakup to Motsepe, the 39-year-old Kentucky native replied to a user's comment regarding her current love life situation. Stause posted a slideshow on her Instagram page where she gave fans an update on a new project she's currently working on. (Don't worry Selling Sunset fans, she did say she still loves working for The Oppenheim Group. Phew!) In the series of photos and videos, she's seen rehearsing lines for an upcoming scripted TV show. "Praise Lord let me have my lines memorized," she wrote on one of the posts.

The 'gram attracted a lot of attention from her followers, and also, unfortunately, some trolls. One user wrote, "That [sic] great you're giving praise to Jesus but we all know your [sic] fornicating with your boyfriend." This caused Stause to reply to the gossip-driven statement.

Chrishell Stause says she's 'off of men'

Wondering what Chrishell Stause's reply was to an Instagram user accusing her of still seeing ex Keo Motsepe? We've got you covered. Per People, Stause was quick to respond to a user's comment on Instagram claiming she was still "fornicating" with Dancing with the Stars' pro Motsepe. She replied,"What kind of holy hell is this??"

She continued, "Well I guess you haven't seen, but I no longer have a bf. So I will be fornicating with only myself for possible eternity as I am off of men. Ask me in a year. Jesus Take the Wheel."

So, first of all, don't mess with this newly single lady when it comes to who or who she isn't seeing. Secondly, it sounds like she's taking a long break from men and dating after having a tough couple of years of heartbreak. Her, "ask me in a year" statement, does however suggest that she has not completely thrown in the towel when it comes to finding her forever. Hey, as many of us know, you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince.
