Khloe Kardashian's Daughter True Makes Her TV Commercial Debut

Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson have had an imperfect relationship, to say the least. The youngest Kardashian sister overlooked a number of warning signs in the early days of her romance with the NBA star and she wasn't spared any drama after announcing her pregnancy in December 2017. Thompson was reportedly caught cheating the night before Kardashian's baby shower and the pair welcomed daughter True just days after the scandal broke, per People. Thompson was later accused of having a month-long relationship with Kylie Jenner's best friend, Jordyn Woods, per Hollywood Unlocked, but despite the controversy, the couple's feelings about each other appear to be warming up. As of February 2021, their on-again, off-again relationship is reportedly back on and the couple may soon be expanding their family.

But as Kardashian revealed on a March 2021 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, her road to becoming a mom for a second time will be difficult. "I'm not gonna get into specifics on camera, but they said, like, it's an 80-something percent chance that I'll miscarry," she told sister Kim. She then revealed she "almost miscarried with True at the beginning. But I didn't know that was, like, a lingering thing," she noted. While Kim praised surrogacy, her sister wasn't so sure. "I'm really grateful that there are other options, but I loved being pregnant with True," she said. "Knowing I might never get to feel like that again, it's daunting, it's scary, it's stressful, and it breaks my heart."

As Khloé continues to work out how to expand her family, True has taken a major first step.

True is already following in Khloé Kardashian's footsteps

While she contemplates the future size of her family, Khloé Kardashian is spending all of her time doting on daughter True, who's already following in her mom's footsteps as an influencer. The Revenge Body star has been a spokesperson for Nurtec ODT since 2020 and has repeatedly praised the migraine medication on her social pages. Nurtec ODT calls itself "the only quick‑dissolve treatment for migraine attacks that can get you back to normal activities and last up to 48 hours" and Kardashian has said it's allowed her to "reimagine life with #migraine."

Backlash to the sponsorship was swift, however, with one Twitter user calling the endorsement "ethically questionable" while another highlighted how inaccessible the treatment was, tweeting, "This medicine retails for an average of $1023 per 8 tablets." But the criticism hasn't stopped Kardashian from pushing the medication and in March 2021, she got True (who turns three on April 12, 2021) involved. Sharing a clip of their newest TV commercial on Twitter, Kardashian gushed, "My @NurtecODT commercial with my TuTu!!!!!!!!" In the clip, mother and daughter can be seen lounging on a couch as True adorably feeds her mom popcorn. Sister Kim called the scene "the cutest," per People, and fans agreed with one Twitter user dubbing it "SOOOO CUTE!!!"
