Heather Thomson's Net Worth: The RHONY Star Is Worth More Than You Think

Heather Thomson may have brought "holla" to The Real Housewives of New York, but that's not her only pop culture achievement. The mother of two famously didn't provide costar Ramona Singer with air conditioning in her Berkshires home, and was "all, like, uncool" about Luann de Lesseps' male suitors on vacation. Yet the successful entrepreneur was a well-known name in the fashion industry prior to her Bravo fame.

In 2000, Heather was Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' creative director for fashion line Sean John, per Bravo"We put on history-making fashion shows together," Heather reminisced. She also worked with Jennifer Lopez and Beyoncé, as well as brand Calvin Klein, before founding shapewear line Yummie Tummie by Heather Thomson in 2008.

However in 2015, Heather filed a lawsuit against business partner Eric Rothfeld per WWD, and she ultimately stepped away from the brand. "I was stunted in where I wanted to go with Yummie because I had a partner in the business and he and I just don't see eye to eye. I decided I had done that and it was time for me to move on...sometimes you do need to close a door to open another one," Heather said on podcast Andy's Girls in 2019.

So how much is Heather worth today? Keep scrolling to find out!

Heather Thomson uses her wealth to give back

Since parting ways with brand Yummie, Heather Thomson has juggled a slew of new projects. The two-season RHONY alum launched wellness brand Nutritionary for dairy-free and gluten-free dietary options, per its press release. She also is philanthropic, giving back to The Kellner Pediatric Liver Foundation, which Heather was a founding member of after her son's health complications

Of course Heather also pocketed a fair share of cash from her time on RHONY. Per Celebrity Net WorthHeather made a reported $175,000 per season. Her total net worth is estimated at $10 million. And it appears Heather is committed to keeping her fortune, which is made possible by her realistic outlook. "You have to live your life and you have to live it within your means," she advised during a June 2015 appearance on the So Money podcast.

So will Heather even return to the Big Apple reality series for a chance to make more dough? "I'm going to go with that phrase never say never," Heather teased to Hollywood Life. She is rumored to be back as a "friend" for Season 13 – and reportedly butts heads with outspoken Married to the Mob designer Leah McSweeney over being called a "Karen," according to Us WeeklySeems like Luann de Lesseps may have been right about Leah: money really can't buy you class
