Beyonce Shares A Rare Selfie With Blue Ivy

Beyoncé is one of music's biggest stars. She has been making waves in the industry for decades, since she was a member of Destiny's Child in the '90s. And when the "Crazy In Love" hitmaker married rapper Jay-Z in 2008, the two became an unstoppable power couple. Now, they're an unstoppable family: They have three children together, but have managed to keep their kids' lives very private.

Beyoncé gave birth to her first daughter, Blue Ivy, in January 2012. And despite being super high-profile and having an Instagram account with over 100 million followers, Bey rarely shares pics of Blue to her page — though Blue has walked red carpets and has been spotted at the occasional event with her mom, and was even featured on music by each of her parents. At the 2021 Grammy Awards, Beyoncé and Blue posed together backstage after they each picked up an award, per Harper's Bazaar

In June 2017, Beyoncé and Jay-Z welcomed twins: daughter Rumi and son Sir. Like Blue, Beyonce doesn't often share many new photos of them, either. Having said that, in March 2021, Queen Bey shared a number of new snapshots of her three children to social media — and we can't believe how quickly they've grown up.

Beyoncé's latest post definitely didn't go unnoticed

Beyoncé took to Instagram on March 31, 2021, and treated her loyal fans to a series of rare new pics with her little ones while they were in Malibu, per People. In the first shot, she uploaded an adorable selfie with her oldest daughter, Blue Ivy. The iconic duo gazed at the camera with a pouty expression and appeared to be enjoying time in the sun. Beyoncé slayed in a pair of gold shades while Blue rocked glasses.

In the next slide, Beyoncé attached an image of her youngest daughter Rumi stepping toward the water on the beach while wearing a white dress. In the fourth and final frame, Beyoncé was captured next to Rumi's twin brother, Sir, in the same location. The pair were photographed from behind while Bey reached out for her son's hand.

In less than 24 hours, Queen Bey's post racked up more than 4.1 million likes and over 22,300 comments, proving to be very popular with her 170 million followers.
