7 Little Johnstons: Who Is Elizabeth Johnston?
TLC knows how to make compelling shows, and one of our all-time favorites is "7 Little Johnstons." The series focuses on couple Trent and Amber Johnston, who share five children. Trent and Amber have two biological children, Jonah and Elizabeth, then adopted three children: Anna, Alex, and Emma.
All of their children, like the parents, have dwarfism, according to Distractify. In fact, this was one of the factors that went into Trent and Amber's decision to adopt. "Our family was created not only by birth, but also by adoption, and Trent and I are extremely proud of that," Amber said in a YouTube video in July 2017.
Amber suffered complications during her pregnancies, Trent explained how that played into their decision to eventually adopt. "All three of our kids' stories are different," Trent said. "We traveled to Russia — we were in Russia for 16 days when we got Anna. We did not travel to South Korea, we were able to hire an escort service to bring Alex to us, and we did travel to China to pick up Emma."

Elizabeth Johnston is on the nursing track
Elizabeth Johnston is the second biological child of the Johnston family, after her brother, Jonah Johnston. TLC calls her "the family's social butterfly and a hard-working honors student."
Elizabeth's prom landed in 2020 and she missed it because of the coronavirus pandemic, according to Daily Soap Dish, so her family had a small party for her at home. She decided to go into nursing for her future and says she wants to be a pediatric nurse practitioner. We could see her being so good at this!
That ain't all for Elizabeth, though. The future nurse is dating boyfriend Brice Bolden. In fact, Elizabeth's two close friends, Carol and Dacey, gave him a solid interrogation, according to People, to make sure he was worthy of their girl. Happily, Brice passed with flying colors.
Elizabeth moved out of her parents' home in early 2020 with her sister, Anna Johnston, according to TV Shows Ace. In typical fashion, this was very exciting for the two young women and extremely emotional for parents, Trent and Amber. Like any reality TV star worth their salt, Elizabeth is very active on Instagram and her posts are awesome. She loves sharing pics of herself with Brice and her family, so even though Elizabeth has left the nest, family is still her top priority.
