Is Paris Jackson Going To Appear In Janet Jackson's Revealing Documentary?
Paris Jackson is in a good place at the moment. Like Billie Eilish, the singer, actor, and model admitted she's "Happier Than Ever" while attending her late godmother Elizabeth Taylor's ball to end AIDS in Los Angeles. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the "let down" hitmaker explained on the red carpet why she's currently on Cloud Nine. "I'm good. [I'm] the happiest I've ever been, which is really nice to say. I just feel good. I feel healthy," she expressed, adding, "[T]he music, spending time with good people, and just my spiritual life is pretty great."
Taylor died at the age of 79 in 2011 of congestive heart failure. However, that hasn't stopped The Elizabeth Taylor Ball from continuing. During her chat with ET, Paris opened up about why it's so important for her to make an appearance at the event. "It's good to be present, especially for things that mean so much to me like being here, suiting up and showing up," she said. "This is a foundation that means a lot to me. It's my godmother's work and I'd like to do what I can to play my part and just carry it on."
In recent news, it has been revealed that Paris' aunt, Janet Jackson, will be releasing a revealing documentary next year. Keep reading to find out if Paris will be making an appearance of any sort.
Paris Jackson can 'neither confirm nor deny' whether she'll appear in Janet Jackson's doc
On September 6, Janet Jackson shared the trailer for her upcoming two-part documentary, "JANET," to Instagram, which is scheduled to premiere in January 2022 on Lifetime and A&E. The revealing doc will delve into her career, personal life, and particular headlines like she has never done before. In the trailer, a handful of high-profile stars such, as Paula Abdul, Mariah Carey, and Missy Elliott make an appearance. Is Paris Jackson going to, as well? We're not so sure.
During an interview with Entertainment Tonight at The Elizabeth Taylor Ball in Los Angeles, Paris admitted she hasn't seen the documentary yet, but has watched the trailer like everyone else, as she stated she follows her aunt on Instagram. When questioned whether she will be starring in "JANET," the singer said she can "neither confirm nor deny" if she will. As previously reported by Nicki Swift, Janet and Paris do not appear to be close to one another, so one can assume Paris will not have anything to do with the doc.
