Jake Gyllenhaal has quite the dating history. The talented actor is probably best known for playing Spider-Man as well as starring in a slew of other major movies, including "Brokeback Mountain," "Donnie Darko," and "The Day After Tomorrow," and those starring roles have made the actor's private life quite the tabloid fodder. Fans keep quite the close eye on who the star is dating — so it's not too surprising to hear he's been linked to some of the most eligible bachelorettes in Hollywood.
Yep, Gyllenhaal's dating history is quite the who's who of stunning ladies, with him famously being linked to his Spider-Man co-star Kirsten Dunst back in 2002. He then went on to date Reese Witherspoon for two years between 2007 and 2009, before whipping the internet into a frenzy in 2010 when he was spotted with Taylor Swift (Gyllenhaal is rumored to have inspired at least one of Swift's songs). The following year, he was rumored to have dated Anna Kendrick, while he's also been linked to Natalie Portman, former Victoria's Secret model Izabel Goulart, Minka Kelly, Rachel McAdams, and Ruth Wilson.
Well, the "Love & Other Drugs" actor has since found love with another stunning beauty, Jeanne Cadieu, and the two kind of just made a big statement on the red carpet. But who is she? Read on for what you need to know.

Jake Gyllenhaal made quite the statement at the 74th annual Tony Awards on September 26 when he attended the event his girlfriend, Jeanne Cadieu. Well, maybe half a statement. While Cadieu appeared to attend to support her boyfriend, they stopped short of letting the paparazzi get a snap of them together. Daily Mail reported they decided to walk the red carpet separately, though both looked equally stunning, with Cadieu rocking a plunging coral gown while Gyllenhaal opted for a baby pink suit and matching open collar shirt.
But while she may have gained notoriety for her relationship with Gyllenhaal, Cadieu is very much a star in her own right.
Cadieu is a French model who's signed with the prestigious IMG Models (via W) and shares several gorgeous snaps from her portfolio on social media. On her Instagram, she's posted snaps showing her working with prestigious brands including Arias New York, La Ligna, and Intermix, while her account's bio claims she's a student at Columbia University.
Cadieu and Gyllenhaal were first linked in December 2018, despite a pretty big age gap. When they first started dating, Cadieu was 22 while Gyllenhaal was 38, but it sounds like age is nothing but a number for these two. A source told Us Weekly at the time that the model "is very mature for her age" and is "quirky, smart and loves history [and] reading." They added that she's "a really great and well-rounded person."

Yes! It looks like Jake Gyllenhaal and Jeanne Cadieu are pretty serious, at least that's according to the sources who have spoken out about the two in their absence of actually confirming their romance themselves. Though Gyllenhaal and Cadieu haven't officially spoken out about one another publicly, a source told Us Weekly in December 2018 that the two had started out "slow, but are now pretty serious."
Page Six's insider echoed that statement in August 2019, claiming that the model had met her actor boyfriend's family and the gang had apparently taken a trip together, which sounds pretty serious to us! The two even took part in the Inside Out photo exhibition in New York as portraits of both of them were put on display (no word on if they were next to each other, though).
But these two are still keeping things very much on the down low. Not only have neither featured the other one on their Instagram accounts, they don't even appear to be following each other on the platform. Now that really is a private relationship!
Despite avoiding the red carpet together at the Tony Awards though, these two have been photographed together before. Back in May, the duo were snapped by paparazzi holding hands while out in New York City (via E! News).
