Fixer Upper Stars Chip And Joanna Gaines Address Divorce Rumors

These two home renovation experts are opening up about their relationship.

On Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017, Fixer Upper stars Chip and Joanna Gaines appeared on the Today show and spoke with host Jenna Bush Hager about living life in the spotlight and dealing with rumors that the two are getting a divorce.

"It's funny, I mean, when I think about these circumstances, I think they're hilarious," Chip, 42, told Hager. "I'm like, I can't believe that these things are happening to us. Because part of me thinks, who would care about that?"

His wife, on the other hand, revealed that she's often taken aback by some of the gossip surrounding their family, as she doesn't often find herself reading up on the latest rumors. "I think for me, even from the beginning, just because I don't do great with seeing that kind of stuff, reading into it, I just don't know what's going on. So then I'll hear someone come up to me and say, 'I hear you and Chip are getting a divorce.' I'm like, 'Where did you hear [that]?' I don't know any of this is going on," explained Joanna.

The 39-year-old went on, "So we do our due diligence in letting people know as much as we can, 'This isn't us. Don't be scammed.'"

This isn't the first time that the Gaines couple has spoken out about their relationship. In August 2017, Chip addressed rumors that he was divorcing Joanna, who he's been married to for over 14 years, tweeting out, "Won't ever happen.. you can take that to the bank! #loveOfMyLife."

Glad to know that these two won't be splitting up anytime soon!
