What Christina Hall's Husband Really Does For A Living

Christina Haack surprised and delighted fans with the news that she married Joshua Hall after more than a year of dating, per E! News. The pair — who announced their whirlwind engagement in September 2021 — secretly wed at a California courthouse in April, with Haack ultimately changing her last name to Hall, according to TMZ. The two later exchanged vows before their family and friends during a beach ceremony in Hawaii over Labor Day weekend. Haack posted a snap of their wedding in Kapalua Bay Beach to Instagram and gushed about being married to her "dream man." "Shared vows in front of family and our close friends. Everything in life has led me to where I am right now, which is exactly where I want to be," she said. "What an amazing night filled with love."

Per People, Haack and Hall started dating in March 2021, following Haack's marriages to Ant Anstead and "Flip or Flop" co-host Tarek El Moussa. Opening up about her relationship with Hall, Haack told the magazine that she's the happiest she's ever been. "I've changed in a way where I feel like I'm the best version of myself and the most authentic," she said. "Everything with us is real and raw. We are on the same page with the same outlook on life." Despite the designer being so open about her love for her new hubs, some may still be wondering: who is Joshua Hall? And what does he do for a living?

Joshua Hall is a licensed realtor

Christina Hall's husband is a licensed realtor based in Austin, Texas. He first got into real estate after relocating to Austin in 2017 — he's originally from Southern California, like his wife — and worked for a brokerage firm called Spyglass Realty. There, he's partnered with several top realtors in Texas and gained much expertise in buying and selling real estate. Per Realtor.com, Joshua has sold (and bought) at least 15 homes in the last three years, specializing in properties ranging anywhere from $200,000 to $900,000. Currently, he's a real estate partner and advisor at the Texas-based agency The Foundry Group.

Prior to becoming a realtor, Joshua worked as a police officer. He became a cop at the young age of 21 and served for 16 years before retiring prematurely, per his Spyglass profile. Sharing how his experience as a cop inspired him to become a real estate agent, Joshua said, "Before my 16 year-career was cut short due to injuries sustained in the line of duty, ultimately leading to an early retirement, I took great pride in helping people with everyday difficulties and putting them at ease. With my previous career solving problems, helping others through difficult situations and my love for real estate, I made the decision to get my Texas real estate license."

Joshua Hall is a producer and a budding TV star

From simply being a realtor, Joshua Hall has expanded his résumé to include being a producer after he and his wife Christina launched their own production company, Unbroken Productions. The HGTV star made the announcement on Instagram back in March, saying she considers the venture a dream come true. "Having my own production company to produce what I want has always been a huge dream!" wrote Christine. "I love that I have the most hard working / creative partner in Josh and we have this amazing team to create content with. I am so grateful for this new opportunity." Per People, Unbroken Productions produced Season 4 of Christina's HGTV show "Christina on the Coast" and her newest series, "Christina in the Country," which will also star her husband. The six-episode docu-series will follow the designer as she expands her business and puts down roots in Tennesee with Joshua and her three kids, according to HGTV

"My new favorite project EVER! ... Co-Producing this show with my husband has been so fun and we are very proud of it!" Christina said of the show. "We have an amazing team both in California and Tennessee and I am grateful for all the teamwork that has gone into making both shows happen simultaneously. I know you all will love this show as much as we do and fall in love with the South!" "Christina in the Country" premieres on January 12, 2023, on HGTV, according to Deadline.
