It's been over six years since "90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days" premiered on TLC. Similar to "90 Day Fiancé," its spinoff, "Before the 90 Days," follows a group of couples composed of a U.S.-based citizen and a foreign-born partner as they journey through legal means to wed in the United States. This requires obtaining a K-1 visa, which according to the State Department, "permits the foreign-citizen fiancé(e) to travel to the United States and marry his or her U.S. citizen sponsor within 90 days of arrival."

However, "Before The 90 Days" focuses solely on couples who met and carried out their romance through digital means. According to TV Insider, Season 6 revolves around seven previously unknown pairings in addition to Season 5's Gino Palazzolo and Jasmine Pineda as they weather serious trials in their relationship, including cheating accusations and a casual lack of respect. The newest season is set to return on June 4, 2023. Here's how you can watch "90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days," whether or not you're currently subscribed to cable.

TLC

If you haven't yet ditched the expensive world of traditional cable, TLC should be your first pitstop to finding "90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days." TLC is available on most major cable platforms, including Direct TV, Xfinity, Dish, Spectrum, and AT&T U-verse, to name a few. Starting June 4, TLC will air "90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days" on Sunday nights at varying times, based on your location, so you should double-check your local listings.

Similarly, you can stream "90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days" directly through the TLC website, although you'll likely need to pair your account to a cable provider to view the content. You can also access TLC shows through the TLC GO app, which is available on all major app markets, including the App Store, Google Play, Roku, and Amazon. And while the apps are free to download, it appears that, like the website, you'll need to pair your account with your cable company to enjoy the programming.

Discovery Plus

You can also watch "90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days" on Discovery Plus. Right now, the most recent postings are limited to Season 5. However, multiple reports suggest Discovery Plus will host the Season 6 premiere once it airs on June 4. Discovery Plus is an inexpensive alternative to traditional cable, with ad-supported plans starting at $4.99 a month.

To enjoy an ad-free experience on Discovery Plus, you'll need to invest an additional two dollars, bringing the total cost to $6.99. This option will feel even more economical as buyers will have access to the entire catalog of programming on Discovery Plus for 30 days, making it an excellent choice for viewers who want to stretch their dollar as far as possible. Discovery Plus also offers the option of signing up for a free trial, although this is currently only for users who haven't previously tried the service.

YouTube TV

YouTube TV presents another opportunity for viewing "90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days." Even though it's a relatively new service, it's a great alternative for users who want cable access without shelling out hundreds of dollars a month. Granted, it's more costly than some of the other subscription-based models. According to YouTube TV's welcome page, the starting price of a membership is $72.99 per month. However, as of June 2023, the service is hosting a promotion that cuts the cost to $64.99 a month for three months.

What sets YouTube TV apart from the other services is that it provides the classic cable experience, offering over 100 live channels in their entirety as opposed to select programs. Also, the app — unlike Netflix — encourages password sharing and allows you to connect your account with up to six users. Fortunately, YouTube TV also grants the option to sign up for its two-week free trial. And if you're tired of forking over your credit card details to these services, it allows any user to "preview" its content for 20 minutes.

There are multiple options to access YouTube TV: Directly from the website, through the app, or on various smart TVs.

Fubo TV +

Lastly, you can sign up for Fubo TV to view "90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days." As with YouTube TV, Fubo TV offers a wide range of live cable channels — up to 300, depending on your location. Luckily, this often includes TLC. At $74.99 a month, Fubo TV is the most expensive option on this list. However, it's still cheaper than cable, which All Connect (via U.S. News) sets at $217.42 per month.

Of all of the services, Fubo TV offers the most perks, including the ability to record programs and log in on up to ten devices, including computers, smartphones, and almost any electronic capable of internet access. And because Fubo TV offers customers live channels, you won't have to worry about waiting until the next day to catch up on "Before the 90 Days." And judging from the trailer, you'll definitely want to be in the know come June 4, so you can chime in with your opinions on social media.
