Hulk Hogan's Lavish Florida Home May Ignite A Brutal Family War

WWE star Hulk Hogan died on July 24, 2025 at the age of 71. Hogan was living in a mansion in Clearwater, Florida at the time, and it could be that house that causes some family drama when it comes to dividing up his estate. There are just a few people in Hulk's family who would likely have a claim to his estimated $25 million estate. There are Hulk's two children, Brooke and Nick, who he had with his first wife Linda; Hulk and Linda got divorced in 2009 after being married for 26 years. But his children may not be getting the share of his estate, including his multimillion dollar home in Florida, that you might think; thanks to a Florida law.

Hulk married his third wife Sky Daily in 2023, and Florida's spousal elective share statute means that she will get 30% of his estate. That's the overriding legal consideration; it apparently doesn't matter if his will distributes his estate in another way. It's possible that Sky had a prenuptial agreement that specifically renounced that right; however, it's not publicly known at this time whether she did or not.

Only time will tell if Hulk Hogan's estate gets settled smoothly or if it kicks up drama

Hulk Hogan bought the multimillion dollar house Clearwater, Florida in 2012, and it has five bedrooms and six bathrooms along with a pool, elevator, media room, and more. It's also got easy beach access. At the time he purchased the house, he was with his second wife, Jennifer McDaniel. They got divorced in 2021. In the last days of his life in Florida, Hulk was living at that home, and a hospital bed had reportedly been brought in for him.

It's hard to know how Hulk's kids will react to Sky Daily getting 30% of their father's estate, or perhaps more. We'll have to wait and see if Sky keeps the Florida house or if it gets sold with the proceeds split amongst Hulk's heirs.

Brooke Hogan had a complicated relationship with her father, and she didn't go to his wedding to Sky, so it will be interesting to find out what happens with his estate and how Brooke reacts. Then there's Nick Hogan, who described his dad as his "best friend" in an emotional tribute on Instagram. It could all be dealt with behind closed doors, but many families end up at odds over issues of an inheritance. When you add in the celebrity of the Hogan family, their past family drama, Hulk's multiple marriages, and Florida's laws, the whole thing could turn into a public mess.
