The Truth About Jojo Siwa And Elliott Brown's Relationship
JoJo Siwa fans are glued to the Gen-Z star's every move on the dance floor and on social media. Lately, the Siwanatorz have been searching for some sort of confirmation that Siwa is dating Elliott Brown. The Dance Moms alum was asked about the speculation during a March 2020 episode of In The Room.
According to E! News, Siwa told Jason Kennedy that she considers Brown a "family friend," declaring that he and his family are "the nicest people ever." She also admitted that she anticipated questions about the nature of her relationship. She revealed to Kennedy, "I've actually talked with him about how I was gonna answer this, 'cause I was like, 'I know it's gonna come up some time.'"
She didn't confirm (or deny) that there is anything romantic going on with Brown, but she did say that the Siwa family has always said that the two of them "would be cute together." She also shared that he had plans to visit her the following weekend, which is especially interesting since she lives in California and he lives in Nebraska, which is also where Siwa is from.
Even though they live in different states, they have managed to hang out a quite a bit — pre-quarantine, of course. On Feb. 24, 2020, Siwa shared a photo of them hanging out at her California mansion, wearing matching outfits. They also went to Six Flags Magic Mountain that same month.
JoJo Siwa's friend Elliot Brown is a high school student
Internet users speculated that JoJo Siwa's rumored boyfriend Elliott Brown is 28 years old. For some reason, the Google search "How old is Elliot Brown?" showed that result, according to Seventeen. However, that actually isn't the case since Brown is a high school student. He also posted an Instagram photo celebrating his 18th birthday on April 4, 2020. Thankfully, that Google search result has been changed and it now shows his accurate age. Siwa alluded to the two of them being around the same age during her March 2020 appearance on In the Room, telling host Jason Kennedy, "I've known him since he was eight! Since I was eight." For the record, Siwa will be 17 in May 2020.
Just like Siwa, Brown has a pretty major presence on social media. He has more than 50,000 followers on Instagram, which is a lot more than the average high schooler. He also has a YouTube page with almost 2,000 subscribers. In fall 2020, Brown will play college football for the Nebraska Huskers. Brown is a wide receiver who chose to walk on for the Huskers instead of accepting scholarship offers from Northwest Missouri State, Augustana College, and University of Nebraska Kearney.
While it's unclear if the two teens are more than just longtime friends, one thing that cannot be denied is how invested the Siwanatorz are in their interactions. As long as Siwa seems happy hanging with Brown, he probably has the approval from her super loyal fan base.
