Brooke Hogan's life has completely transformed since her days on VH1's "Hogan Knows Best." The estranged daughter of WWE legend Hulk Hogan tried to move away from her family issues, shifting her focus to her husband and twin children, whom she welcomed in January 2025. Hulk's death at 71 in July 2025 shook things a bit, but for the most part, Brooke has reinvented herself. And those who lost track after Brooke distanced herself from the Hogans may barely recognize her, as her face has become heavily tuned-up since.
When we look at photos from her "Hogan Knows Best" days, which aired between 2005 and 2007, we see just how drastic a transformation she has undergone. Most of the tune-ups seem to focus on her mouth area. Not only do her lips look plumper, but the skin around them seems tighter. However, her eyes also appear wider, possibly the result of some stretching in the area under and above them. To clarify, she has never addressed using dermal fillers or Botox, but we aren't the only ones who think she looks different.
When wrestling pages announced that Hulk had become a grandfather with the birth of Brooke's boy-girl twins, some fans said they had to do a double-take to make sure they knew who they were looking at. "She didn't need any of that plastic surgery. She was beautiful naturally before. Doesn't even look like her original self," a Facebook user commented under a Wrestling-Edge post. She may not have confirmed getting any facial tune-ups, but she has proved she isn't against cosmetic procedures.
Brooke Hogan has had two boob jobs
Brooke Hogan isn't above turning to professionals to look her best. However, she has shown she isn't all that eager to discuss her cosmetic procedures — or at least she wasn't. When tabloids speculated she had undergone a boob job in the mid-aughts, she initially denied it. Then she came clean about it and has been ever since. In 2009, she even opened up about how Hulk Hogan felt about it. "My dad never wanted me to get my boobs done. I paid for 'em," she said on "The Howard Stern Show."
Brooke explained her reasons for undergoing the surgery, too. "I just didn't like the shape of them ... the doctor who did it gave me a break on it," she added. That wasn't the only time she had work done on her breasts. In 2025, Brooke underwent a cold-subfascial breast augmentation revision, a technique that uses the fascia layer to reconstruct the muscle and create extra support for the breasts. "I'm not wearing a bra — Whooooo! Bra-less on TV, that's a first! That's because Dr. [Rian] Maercks bolted those babies on!" she said in a News 2 ABC segment that The Maercks Institute shared on Facebook in 2025.
In addition to her plastic surgery, Brooke has also documented her postpartum transformation, highlighting her dedication to fitness while also embracing the physical changes from carrying twins. "Got my 'twin tummy skin' on full display... and still waiting for fall.... clearly. Hey- I ain't complainin'!" she captioned an Instagram post that showed her in a bikini (seen above).
