Marriage Is Reportedly Still On The Table For A 'Lonely' Tom Cruise As His Dating Life Slumps

Tom Cruise's love life has been quiet, but he reportedly has not ruled out the possibility of walking down the aisle one more time. Previously, he was married to Mimi Rogers, Nicole Kidman, and Katie Holmes. There may be things from Cruise's divorces that hurt, but that hasn't fully deterred him from wanting to get back in the saddle, as his romantic life has hit a dry spell. "Tom is frustrated that his love life has not been smooth because often he is lonely," a source told the Daily Mail on August 24. While the "Top Gun: Maverick" star is open to tying the knot for a fourth time, he is in no hurry to settle for just anyone. The insider added that Cruise is seeking security in his next relationship. Reportedly, his friends David Beckham and Victoria Beckham have actively been trying to find a match for the Hollywood A-lister.

In the months leading up to that report, Cruise's dating life had been quiet. But in June, the National Enquirer claimed that the Beckhams were on a mission to find the "Mission: Impossible" actor his next partner. Around that same time, Cruise showed up to David's Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony with his ex-girlfriend — Russian socialite Elsina Khayrova. The two were romantically linked in late 2023, and by February 2024, there was chatter that they were poised to embark on a serious relationship. The pair were even described as being a "great match" for each other. "Tom [has] never ruled out getting married again; it's just that the circumstances haven't been right," an insider told Us Weekly at the time. Shortly after, however, Cruise and Khayrova called it quits.

Prior to being spotted with Khayrova at the Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony, Cruise dated Ana de Armas, but she has since fully moved on to another relationship.

Tom Cruise reportedly wanted a serious relationship with Ana de Armas

As rumors swirled that Tom Cruise was dating Ana de Armas, the pair seemingly confirmed their relationship by putting on light displays of PDA in July 2025. That romance didn't even last until the end of the year, as besides Cruise and de Armas' sizable age gap, there was also a huge gap between what either actor wanted from the relationship. Apparently, the "Digger" star was eager to take the next steps, but the "Ballerina" actor had different plans. "It was more Ana's decision because things were moving fast and she started to get a little uncomfortable with how fast it was going," a source told Us Weekly in October 2025 when the breakup was announced. It seemed that once it was clear that marriage was off the table, the pair decided to go their separate ways. "Tom and Ana had a good time together but their time as a couple has run its course," a different insider told the The Irish Sun at the time. "They just realized they weren't going to go the distance and that they are better off as mates," the source added.

Originally, it was reported that Cruise and de Armas were open to the possibility of rekindling their romance down the line, but that window appeared to close in August when the "Knives Out" actor was seen with her new beau. People published photos of de Armas and musician Beto Montenegro holding hands and sharing kisses while vacationing together in Spain.

To further rub salt in Cruise's love wounds, a couple of days later, his ex-wife Katie Holmes went Instagram official with her boyfriend, artist Jason Bard Yarmosky. The two seemed serious about one another after being romantically-linked since June.
