Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz dressed to impress at their 2026 Halloween bash. Unfortunately, social media users were anything but. Peltz dressed up as Catwoman, while Beckham went as Superman. Despite the superhero theme, many netizens found that their costumes came across as a poor match. It also didn't help that Elizabeth Hurley's son, Damian Hurley, donned a leather outfit that strongly matched the vibe of Peltz's look. The whole thing did very little to help the image of a picture-perfect marriage Peltz and Beckham seem to try so hard to craft.
And netizens made sure to point it out across their Halloween posts. "Superman looks out of place in every photo!" a social media user commented under Brooklyn's Instagram post. Another pointed out the similarities between Peltz and Damian's outfits. "Why is she wearing a matching costume with some other guy?" the netizen asked. The comments may have bothered the eldest of David Beckham and Victoria Beckham's children, as he seemingly deleted any pictures that included Damian from the carousel. But photographic evidence still exists in Damian and Peltz's posts, as seen below.
And netizens weren't any kinder on those, either. "Her husband looks like the little brother she's been told to take with her trick or treating," an Instagram user commented in Damian's post. We have to agree with commenters that the couple's choice of Halloween costumes and social media posts were unfortunate. But Damian is a good friend of both. In fact, his mother is a godmother to Brooklyn, so he and Damian likely go way back. Still, it wasn't a good PR move.

Ever since they got together in 2019, Nicola Peltz and Brooklyn Beckham have been inseparable. That has remained true even as they faced a highly publicized feud with David Beckham and Victoria Beckham. They are always seen together, giving off the impression that they never do anything without the other. And even though they tied the knot in 2022, they renewed their wedding vows just three years later. "The event is about honoring the love and commitment they've built together over the years, and creating a memory that will stay with them forever," a source told People.
Peltz and Brooklyn seem to be well aware of the image they have created over the years. In June 2026, the "Bates Motel" actor seemingly alluded to it in a post on her Instagram Stories that featured a picture of the two sharing a treadmill. "Yup we do everything together," she wrote (via Page Six). Even though the couple appears happy and presents a united front, many have interpreted it as a possible red flag in Peltz and Brooklyn's marriage.
In fact, some of of the couple's friends have reportedly accused Peltz of manipulative behavior amid her ongoing issues with the Beckhams. "She is creating conflict where there is none and divides are springing up left, right and center," a source told the Mirror in 2025. Of course, all of this needs to be taken with a grain of salt, as there's no evidence that there's anything wrong with their marriage. But their Halloween posts certainly didn't play into the perfect image they usually go for, that's for sure.
