How Kaitlyn Bristowe And Jason Tartick Really Got Together

Bachelor nation's Kaitlyn Bristowe and Jason Tartick are proof that ABC's hit reality TV dating show can lead to a happily ever after. Although — spoiler alert! — like many Bachelor couples, the pair didn't actually meet on the show.

Bristowe, who was the lead on the 11th season of The Bachelorette, didn't get to know Tartick until after her engagement to Shawn Booth, her season's winner, ended. The Canadian reality star gave out her final rose to Booth in 2015 and the pair seemed like they were a match made in Bachelor heaven. However, the couple split after three years together, with Us Weekly confirming that the stars called off their engagement in November 2018. Two months later, however, Bristowe began dating Tartick and, well, the rest is history.

So, how did Bristowe end up falling for Tartick shortly after her heartbreaking (and rather public) split to Booth? From how they met to where they are now, keep reading to find out all about Bristowe and Tartick's budding Hollywood relationship.

Kaitlyn Bristowe and Jason Tartick had instant chemistry

It's obvious that Kaitlyn Bristowe and Jason Tartick fell fast for one another. PopSugar reported that the couple met on Bristowe's podcast Off the Vine in January 2019 and everyone, including fans, could sense the instant chemistry that was both on and in the air. Tartick felt it, too, and even asked Bristowe out on a date during a follow-up episode of Bristowe's podcast (via Entertainment Tonight). After their first date, the couple quickly went Instagram official and confirmed they were an item in February 2019. Her former fiancé Shawn Booth might have won her final rose, but Tartick ultimately won Bristowe's heart.

From there, the pair has been inseparable and candid about how they knew they were meant for one another. Us Weekly reported that Tartick is Bristowe's number one fan, especially as she competes on Dancing With the Stars. During week four of the dance competition show, Bristowe also showed audiences how much she cares for her Bachelor boyfriend by dedicating a romantic Viennese waltz to her love. Based on the performance itself and the judges' scores, it's definitely clear that Tartick is a "perfect 10" in Bristowe's book.
