As reported by the Daily Mail, it appears The Duchess of York has given herself quite the makeover recently, and on the heels of her daughter Princess Eugenie giving birth to a son in February 2021 and making her a grandmother, no less. Perhaps a grandma glow?
The masses were first alerted to Ferguson's new look after tuning into recent February 2021 episodes of her YouTube series, Storytime with Fergie and Friends, which revealed her looking a bit more fresh-faced than usual. Immediately, many began speculating that Ferguson had some work done, as she's no stranger to cosmetic enhancements. In the past she's been honest and forthright about having cosmetic procedures done, as per Cosmopolitan — specifically laser treatments. But what has the duchess had done recently, if anything? Has Sarah Ferguson gotten work done?
Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson is absolutely radiant in her February 2021 YouTube videos. Her relatively wrinkle-free skin has a youthful glow, and her eyes appear bright and shiny. But has she actually undergone any cosmetic enhancements? We don't know for sure, but a few experts recently weighed in on her new look to determine whether or not she had any "tweaks" done.
As reported by Daily Mail, cosmetic surgeon Dr. Paul Banwell believes that the duchess may have undergone a couple of cosmetic procedures, including eyelid surgery and a brow lift to achieve her new aesthetic. "Sarah Ferguson's eyes look noticeably wider and more open, with less heavy skin on the upper lids," he acknowledged. "It's possible that this is the result of an upper blepharoplasty ... a type of surgery that repairs droopy eyelids." As far as the lift goes, he explained that "Sarah Ferguson's forehead does look noticeably smoother and less furrowed. Traditionally, a brow lift, or forehead lift, is an operation to smooth the area from your eyebrows to your hairline."
Meanwhile, cosmetic nurse Nina Prisk said that she believes Ferguson may have achieved her new youthful appearance with anti-wrinkle injections, saying "it's likely that Sarah has had this done to help to create the freshness in this area."
Of course, we won't know if Sarah Ferguson actually had any work done unless she discloses that information herself. Still, it's undeniable that the new grandma looks better than ever!
