Britney Spears Shares A Sweet Video About Her Relationship
Britney Spears has enjoyed a romantic relationship with actor Sam Asghari since meeting him on set of her "Slumber Party" music video in 2016, People reported. The Family Business star has been a bold advocate for his pop star girlfriend during her public conservatorship battle with her father Jamie Spears. After the 2021 Framing Britney Spears documentary highlighted the "Lucky" singer's troubles that led to her father being granted power of her finances and life decisions, Asghari spoke out against Jamie Spears. Asghari called him "a total d***" on his Instagram story, as per Women's Health Mag. "Now it's important for people to understand that I have no respect for someone trying to control our relationship and constantly throwing obstacles our way. In my opinion Jamie [Spears] is a total d***," he wrote.
After living life in the public eye, Spears began to maintain (some of) her privacy by the time she and Asghari embarked on their romance. It was something the BET+ actor noted when speaking on the Hulu documentary. "I won't be going into details because I've always respected our privacy but at the same time I didn't come to this country to not be able to express my opinion and freedom," he added.
On Valentine's Day 2021, the Iran native celebrated the pop princess with a post-hike photo. "After chocolate I'm her favorite happy chocolate Day lioness #myvalentine," he captioned the Instagram pic.

Though Britney Spears has managed to keep some of her personal life private, the pop star has shared peeks into her romance with Sam Asghari. In fact, she's made her affection for Asghari known through her frequent posts. "I love getaways with @SamAsghari .... he means the world to me," she captioned a beach photo of them together in January 2021. One month later, on Feb. 18, 2021, the "Toxic" singer shared a hiking video that showed her getting a piggyback ride from her actor beau. "Man it's so much fun out here !!!!! Especially when you don't have to do ANYTHING AT ALL," she captioned the comical video.
Their adorable outdoor video came a few weeks after Asghari gushed over the platinum-selling performer in an interview with People. "I have always wanted nothing but the best for my better half, and will continue to support her following her dreams and creating the future she wants and deserves," Asghari shared, before shouting out Spears' die-hard fans. "I am thankful for all of the love and support she is receiving from her fans all over the world, and I am looking forward to a normal, amazing future together." During the quarantine, Spears joked about how much weight she lost "from missing him," via People. Fans of the star are just happy the "Oops.. I Did It Again" singer is being surrounded by love during her conservatorship battle.
