The One Celebrity Andy Cohen Wishes He Had Never Met

From creating the Real Housewives franchise to ringing in the New Year on CNN, West Village, New York resident Andy Cohen is a staple of modern television. The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host helps create celebrities on reality TV, and gets fan favorite A-listers to spill the tea on all things fame. Yet, despite his high-profile friendships, Cohen doesn't love all of his celebrity encounters.

Cohen has stayed diplomatic about his favorite Housewives stars, but a peek on his social media clearly proves his off-screen love for RHONY alum Bethenny Frankel; he is also tight with Ramona Singer and RHOBH's Lisa Rinna, just to name a few.

However, Cohen doesn't follow all his Bravo pals on Instagram. "I follow the Housewives on Twitter but I don't follow them on Instagram because if I follow one on Instagram, then I have to follow all of them," Cohen stated on SiriusXM Radio's The Jenny McCarthy Show (via Press Bolt News). "I very much believe in boundaries," he continued. "[But] it's a complicated relationship. I'm a boss, I'm a friend ... I've become legitimately friends with many of them. I care about them. So it's nuanced. And sometimes it's great and sometimes it's not great."

As for non-Bravolebs? Cohen has plenty of behind-the-scenes stories for WWHL. Keep scrolling to find out which A-lister Cohen wishes he never met!

Andy Cohen regrets meeting Scott Baio

Sometimes a connection just isn't mutual. Andy Cohen revealed to People in 2017 that Watch What Happens Live guest Scott Baio was less than enthused to meet Cohen. "He just was not into WWHL. I played a game called 'Andy Loves Crotchy,' like [Baio's hit show] Joanie Loves Chachi. He didn't like it," Cohen revealed. "Mrs. Scott Baio was very offended — she blocked me on Twitter."

The encounter was definitely a disappointment to Cohen, who previously called himself a "big Scott Baio fan" (maybe Baio felt differently)? Hopefully Cohen's dream WWHL guest Madonna will live up to her icon status.

"She's Madonna! I mean, her whole brand is 'I owe you nothing, and I might be a little bit of a b***h,'" Cohen joked. "So she's unfortunately being on-brand by not doing my show. It's horrible. It's a Catch-22."

Until then, it seems Baio should stay away from the Bravo talk show!
