Who Is Lori Loughlin's Oldest Daughter, Isabella Rose Giannulli?

Isabella "Bella" Rose Giannulli is the eldest daughter of actor Lori Loughlin and fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli. Born Sept. 16, 1998, according to Parade, Giannulli kept mostly to herself following the college admissions scandal that allowed her and her sister, Olivia Jade Giannulli, to gain access to the University of Southern California as a member of the crew team. Neither young woman participated in the sport.

While less visible than her younger sister, Bella still had a fairly popular social media presence on both Instagram and Twitter. Following the scandal's break, however, she temporarily suspended her Instagram account, as reported by People. Although she took to the site again toward the end of 2020, she hasn't been posting nearly as frequently as she used to.

A second People report detailed that both sisters were no longer registered students at USC following the admission scandal. However, a representative of Bella's sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma, said she is still a member and hasn't been removed from the sisterhood.

Bella Giannulli wanted to be an actress

Parade reported that Bella Giannulli was beginning to star in Hallmark Channel Christmas movies alongside her mother before the scandal hit. She told Today's Hoda Kotb that she would "probably [want to do] movies or TV. I just love all of it." She also mentioned in a different Today appearance that she loved working with her mother on set. "I look up to her obviously like she's my mom and she's so talented so like having her by my side the whole entire time was amazing."

Since the college admissions scandal broke, Lori Loughlin has been dropped by the Hallmark Channel, so it is unclear if Bella will have a future in acting. However, according to Us Weekly, the eldest Giannulli sister has been focusing more on her family since the sentencing verdict came down and has been keeping even a lower profile than normal. It is unclear if she will return to college or to set in the near future.
