What Ramona Singer And Bethenny Frankel's Relationship Is Like Today

Ramona Singer and Bethenny Frankel have gone through a rollercoaster ride during their storied friendship on The Real Housewives of New York City. The two have shared more of a sister-like relationship on the hit Bravo show, and they have never been afraid to tell one another how it is. The two starred on the first season of the show together in 2008, and Ramona is one of the OG's as she's appeared in every single season thus far. Can you even imagine how many glasses of Pinot Grigio we've probably watched her drink?

In turn, Bethenny has had an on-again, off-again relationship with the franchise. The Skinnygirl mogul appeared on the show in its freshman season in 2008 and stayed through 2010 before opting to leave. Bethenny came back for another go-around in 2015 and exited again in 2019. At the time, she told Variety she was ready for the next chapter. "It's time to move on and focus on my daughter, my philanthropy, and my production partnership with Mark Burnett, producing and starring in shows which represent a shift in the conversation for women."

A few ladies in the cast were upset over Bethenny's decision to leave the show, and Ramona told People that she felt blindsided by the news. "I'm only disappointed that Bethenny did not inform her costars that she's not coming back to the show," the mother of one told the outlet.

So, how are the two faring now? Keep scrolling to find out!

Bethenny Frankel and Ramona Singer aren't on good terms

Bethenny Frankel and Ramona Singer may no longer be starring on the show together, but their and frenemy-like relationship has continued to play out in the press. In 2020, Ramona took a jab at the Skinnygirl founder in an interview with Entertainment Tonight ahead of the show's new season. Without Bethenny in the picture, Ramona said that the ladies had a totally different vibe. "Even though Bethenny is a very strong character, she's well received by the viewers, by us, she is basically — we all walk on eggshells around her," she dished. Ramona also called the cast's bond "different" but "special and unique" after Bethenny left. Ouch!

Bethenny was likely unbothered by Ramona's words because the two reportedly don't talk anymore. In September 2020, Bethenny basically told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live that she and Ramona are no longer friends. She shared that she talks to Dorinda Medley the most and then Sonja Morgan. As for the rest of the ladies like Ramona and LuAnn de Lesseps? Bethenny said "crickets," as in she doesn't hear from them at all anymore (ugh, our hearts can't take it)!

We can only hope for a future reunion between the ladies, but for now, we'll just have to wait and see what new relationships play out on Season 13 of the Bravo hit.
