Christina Anstead Just Took A Big Step Forward In Her Split From Ant

Reality star Christina Anstead is taking a big step in the wake of her breakup with Ant Anstead. The couple first announced their divorce via Instagram in September 2020, according to People, after two years of marriage. The two reality hosts had blended their California family back in 2017 and welcomed a son together in 2019 named Hudson London.

"Ant and I have made the difficult decision to separate. We are grateful for each other and as always, our children will remain our priority," wrote the Christina on the Coast star via Instagram in a since-deleted post. "We appreciate your support and ask for privacy for us and our family as we navigate the future."

Christina has one son and daughter with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, star of Flip or Flop, while Ant has two kids of his own from his previous marriage. The celebs blended their family after beginning to date in October of 2017 and decided to marry just a year later. Moving forward in their split, Christina seems to be preparing for their blended family to separate living spaces.

Christina and Ant Anstead are looking for new homes

According to People, Christina Anstead is officially splitting ways with her soon-to-be ex-husband Ant Anstead by selling their Newport Beach, Calif., home. The couple shared the five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home with their five children combined. The home is worth a whopping $6 million.

The report claims both Christina and Ant are in the process of finding separate homes in Newport Beach since their divorce. The 4,804-square-foot home they shared was once described by Christina as a "bohemian modern farmhouse" and reportedly featured a quote from their wedding song, "Can't Help Falling in Love" by Elvis Presley, in their bedroom. "I love when we're all here together with our noise, our mess, our family," said Ant, host of Wheeler Dealers, at the time.

The Newport Beach home was the backdrop of the couple's 2018 winter wedding and even made an appearance in the 2019 season finale of Christina on the Coast.
