Fans believe "90 Day Fiancé" stars Tarik Myers and Hazel Cagalitan might be at the end of their rocky relationship. Dedicated followers noticed that the couple no longer follows each other on Instagram and that as of April 28, Hazel has deleted all of her Instagram posts besides four — none of which include Tarik. As of this writing, Tarik still has photos with Hazel posted on his Instagram and mentions her name in his biography.
Tarik and Hazel originally met on an Asian dating website and quickly fell in love. Fans met the pair on Season 2 of "90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days" and saw them get married on Season 8 of "90 Day Fiancé." Their romance proved to be difficult, as Hazel expressed in a December 2020 episode of the show that she is attracted to women and is interested in dating one. While this was a shock for Tarik, he eventually met another woman named Minty that he became attracted to and introduced her to Hazel, and the three of them entered a polyamorous relationship together. However, that quickly ended once Tarik realized how jealous Hazel became of Minty.

Hazel Cagalitan conducted an Instagram Live on April 27 and did not save it, but those who caught a glimpse of it are concerned for her. In a Reddit thread that included a screen recording of the Live session, fans have expressed that they believe she might be going through something emotionally tough and questioned her safety, as the person behind the video — who would presumably be Hazel — is walking alongside a busy road late at night or early in the morning. "This is not normal or safe behavior. i hope someone close to them saw this and was able to reach out and help her," one worried fan wrote.
According to multiple fans, Hazel cleared Tarik from her feed after the video ended, so many assumed that she might have wanted to simply destress by going on a walk. "Oh no. This has to be something deeply personal to her. She copes with a lot of Tariks nonsense, so I don't think this was just some stupid argument," a concerned fan commented. Another guessed that she's dealing with family issues or has broken up with Tarik.
Fans were immediately given the inside scoop when Hazel herself posted a statement to her Instagram Story dispelling the breakup rumors. In the statement, she said she is "absolutely ok" and was walking to "blow off some stress." She also confirmed that she and Tarik are still together.
