Who Is Sammi 'Sweetheart' Giancola's Fiance?
Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola may not be on TV anymore, but her time on "Jersey Shore" is one to remember — particularly because of her tumultuous on-again, off-again ex-boyfriend Ronnie Ortiz-Magro. But after calling it quits with him in 2016, the former reality star seemed to have found her match in Christian Biscardi. He was also part of the reason she decided not to reunite with her cast members on the "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" reboot.
The couple, who met in 2017, got engaged in March 2019 after two years of dating. "I'm completely overwhelmed with happiness. Yesterday was the best day of my life!" Sammi captioned the announcement at the time. "I get to marry my other half, best friend and soulmate." Unfortunately, Sammi and Christian were forced to postpone their wedding in April 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, per Us Weekly. However, it doesn't seem like they're going to walk down the aisle as they've sparked speculation that their romance may have come to an end after fans noticed that they unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Christian Biscardi is a mama's boy and environmentalist
After dating someone in the public eye for so long, Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola was happy to be with somebody non-famous like Christian Biscardi because she had the opportunity to keep her relationship more private. "It's kind of exciting. He's no one in the business, it's just somebody," she told InTouch. "I'm learning to keep my relationship stuff a little more private — so that's all I'm gonna say about it."
Like Sammi, Christian is also a New Jersey native who takes pride in his close relationship with his family, especially his mother. He often shares posts honoring his mom via Instagram, including a sweet birthday tribute in January. "Happy birthday to my beautiful mother! If you want to change the word [sic], change it for your family first," he wrote. "Mom, may the world give you all of the best things it offers and I could imagine your son is going to be forcing it to do so. Love you."
According to his LinkedIn page, Christian is a vice president and partner at Derek Automotive Technologies who's in charge of "business development of marketing" and "sales." He's also the founder of Stables Fine Motor Cars and appears to be an environmentalist, as his bio reads: "My passion is in the automotive industry. With our two patents (granted), we will reduce emissions by 2/3 with the adoption of our wireless recharging technology."
