This RHOBH Star Has The Most Expensive House In The Franchise

Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" is not only entertaining with its many seasons of drama, but is also one of the most opulent displays of wealth out of the "Real Housewife" franchises. From lavish brunches to luxury vacations, the ladies of Beverly Hills know how to do it up. The women of the 90210 definitely are not strangers to high-class lifestyles.

The Beverly Hills housewives routinely travel in first-class seats to various destinations like Rome, Italy, and Tokyo, Japan. Most of them are always decked out in designer clothing and accessories, some maybe a little too much at times (looking at you, Dorit Kemsley). And who could ever forget the cars? Season 11 of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alone has already seen the ladies zooming down the neighborhood side streets in the latest vehicles, with Dorit and Erika Jayne driving in a McLaren sports car and Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke cruising in a new, six-figure, Bentley convertible.

But what about the homes? These housewives certainly have some of the largest homes of them all, but whose was the most expensive? Read on to find out!

Dorit Kemsley's modern farmhouse has a hefty price tag

It's no surprise that "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" cast members top the list of stars with the most expensive homes. With the state's real estate prices at a steady increase and with constant demand for great homes, it's certain that these ladies paid top dollar for their abodes, but whose was the most expensive?

According to the New York Post's report in May 2021, Erika Jayne's former home that she shared with ex-husband Tom Girardi was the most expensive home, which is now listed for sale for $13 million. But the kicker is that Tom only paid $1.3 million for the 10,000 square-foot estate in the 1980s. Seeing as how Erika has drastically downsized her home to something that's about one-fifth the size of her old house, it's hard to say that she lives in the most expensive home.

Instead, the title goes to Dorit Kemsley. The 8,900-square-foot modern farmhouse home that she shares with husband PK and their two kids cost them a lovely $9.5 million. Dorit and PK's money troubles must be long gone if the two can afford a mansion like that, but either way, it sure is nice!
