Michael Buble's Wife Confirms Their Son Noah Is Cancer-Free

Michael Bublé and Luisana Lopilato's son Noah has reportedly beaten cancer after undergoing four months of chemotherapy treatments in Los Angeles.

As E! News reported, Lopilato confirmed the wonderful news at a press conference in Argentina. "Thank God, my son is well. When things like those that happened to us occur, your take on life changes," she said. "It happened to us. Now I value life much more, the now and the today."

Lopilato added that she and her family of four, which includes 1-year-old Elias, are deeply grateful to everyone who stood by their side throughout her son's illness. "I would like to thank people for their support, for the prayers they said, for their love," she stated. "And I want them to know that they reached us and that it helped us a lot to come through this."

As Nicki Swift previously reported, 3-year-old Noah's heartbreaking liver cancer diagnosis was announced on Bublé's Facebook in Nov. 2016. Bublé, 41, and Lopilato, 29, were "devastated" by the news, immediately putting their careers on hold to be by their son's side. BBC News revealed, however, that their work lives are now getting back to normal as the Argentinian actress and her family returned to Buenos Aires for her new film, Those Who Love, Hate. She shared that it was her son's bravery that got her back on set: "Seeing Noah grow and being happy gave me the strength to return and finish this film."

Lopilato admitted that Noah's clean bill of health is "very recent," understandably noting "I'm still a bit sensitive about the subject." Importantly, she made clear that while her toddler is now cancer-free, he still has a long way to go.

"My son's recovery is a long process as you all know and he has to continue with check-ups," she said, adding, "We are looking forward to thinking about the future, to seeing our children grow."
