Jason Aldean And Wife Brittany Kerr Reveal Sex Of Baby
Jason Aldean and his wife, Brittany Kerr, announced the sex of their first child together.
Aldean, 40, took to Instagram to share the big reveal with his 1.8 million followers on May 22, 2017. "Today is the day," he wrote. "What's it gonna be? Boy or girl! #genderreveal."
The country music star then shared a video, in which he, his wife, and his two daughters popped four large black balloons, revealing a stream of blue confetti. They're having a boy!
As Nicki Swift previously reported, Kerr announced that she and Aldean were expecting a child together two weeks earlier, sharing the good news—where else?—on social media. "SURPRISE!!! WE ARE PREGNANT!!! This was the hardest secret we've ever had to keep," Kerr wrote on Instagram, along with a photo of Aldean and her wearing "Baby Daddy" and "Baby Mama" shirts. "This journey for us has been full of many happy times & also many tears... The biggest rollercoaster we have ever been on, without a doubt! All of the moments of heartache were followed by the biggest blessing in the entire world!! We will never take one moment for granted & can't wait to meet you, sweet baby!!!"
Aldean and Kerr started dating in March 2014 and got hitched just a year later.
This will be Aldean and Kerr's first child together—and Kerr's first child ever. Aldean, however, already has two children, daughters Kendyl and Keeley, from a previous marriage to Jessica Ussery, whom he divorced in 2013.
Congratulations to the parents-to-be!
