How Did Stassi Schroeder Meet Beau Clark?
It seems like just yesterday that Stassi Schroeder was introducing Bravoworld to her new boyfriend Beau Clarke on "Vanderpump Rules." It's hard to believe that the couple has now been together for more than four years, during which time they left the show, got married, and had a kid. Schroeder spent the first six seasons on "Vanderpump Rules" in various on and off-again relationships that all of her friends (and viewers) knew were bad for her. So, how did she meet Clarke — the man who finally ended her unlucky-in-love streak?
Luckily for all of us, Schroeder is nothing if not a complete open book about her personal life, whether she's doing it in front of a TV camera or in a literal book. To revisit how Schroeder and Clarke first met, we have to go back in time to Season 6, when her relationship with Patrick Meagher was on its last legs.

Cameras weren't around to capture Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark's first meeting, but that doesn't mean their love story wasn't a "Vanderpump Rules" saga from start to finish. As Schroeder told Andy Cohen on "Watch What Happens Live" back in February of 2018, she and her beau named Beau were introduced by fellow SURvers Kristen Doute and Katie Maloney. The new relationship came fresh on the heels of her breakup with longtime boyfriend Patrick Meagher, according to Us Weekly.
The reality star then had her boyfriend join her on her podcast, "Straight Up With Stassi," where he got to tell his side of the first meeting. And maybe ... a little too much honesty? "I just scanned through the pictures, and I was like, 'The bleach blonde hair, she's probably got Botox, she's probably got fake boobs.' And I was like, 'She probably goes to Nightingale and gets table service, bottle service, whatever you call it,'" Beau explained on "Straight Up with Stassi" (via Bravo's The Daily Dish). "Just not my cup of tea at all."
For what it's worth, Schroeder said she was hesitant to get set up with Clarke, who worked in casting, at first as well.

Luckily, both Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clarke got over their initial hangups and did allow themselves to be set up on a date where, obviously, things went really, really well. "We ended up closing down Mondrian talking," Clarke said on the podcast (via The Daily Dish). "I don't think I've laughed as hard ever with anybody, just to have a great conversation with someone on a first time hanging out was fantastic."
Schroeder didn't reveal her new relationship until the couple had been together for a few months, but when she unveiled him, she did it with a bang. She made Clarke Instagram official, podcast official, and "Vanderpump Rules" official all at the same time in February 2018. Plugging the podcast episode on her Instagram, the SURver uploaded a cuddly photo of herself and Clarke with the caption, "Alrightttt, new podcast episode up. With my beau." Later, Schroeder revealed that her new boyfriend would officially be making his "Vanderpump Rules" debut also on her Instagram that October, writing, "Baby's first credits," in the caption.
Just goes to show that looks (and social media pages) can be deceiving.
