Since then, both Robach and Holmes have been the subject of headlines as many are clamoring to know all the dirty details about the purported extramarital affair and what that might mean for their jobs. Spoiler alert: Per Variety, ABC News President Kim Godwin informed employees during an editorial call that she had decided to take the lovebirds off the air indefinitely due to the "internal and external disruption" the fiasco had caused the "Good Morning America" brand. YIKES.
But long before all of that, aside from her successful career as a television reporter, Robach was just your average girl mom raising not one but two daughters. And as it turns out, those little girls grew up to be spitting images of their mama. But don't just take our word for it. Ava Monroe is an aspiring singer
While Ava Monroe McIntosh may look like a [brunette] carbon copy of her celebrity mama, it appears she has zero aspirations to follow in her footsteps, at least professionally speaking, anyway.
According to Hello! Magazine, Ava Monroe goes to school in New York City and moonlights as an aspiring singer. She also uploads many clips of herself performing at various music venues on her Instagram account. "WHATTA SHOW. Thank you guys for coming out & dancing with me," Ava Monroe posted along with a video of herself belting out a cover of Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'" at The Bitter End, New York City's oldest rock club. Bravo, Ava Monroe!
Still, it appears Ava Monroe and her little sister did entertain the idea of working at "Good Morning America at least once in their lives. Way back in April 2017, during "Take Your Kid to Work Day," Ava Monroe and Annalise announced the "GMA Hot List" segment alongside their famous mom. But when asked by her mom what she thought of the job, Ava Monroe quipped, "It's not that hard. I don't really know what you're complaining about." Hmm... out of the mouths of babes, we suppose.
Annalise bonds with her mom over sports and travel
Conversely, Amy Robach's youngest daughter and lookalike appears to have inherited her mother's love of sports and travel... sort of.
On October 15, 2022, the mother-daughter duo attended a University of Georgia Bulldogs football game and even made time to snap a selfie. "Gooooooo Dawgs," Robach captioned the photo along with red and black heart emojis.
But that's not all. In April 2022, Robach posted a leisurely photo of herself with Annalise getting some rest and relaxation in a hammock in Tasmania. "Hang time," the proud mom penned. Meanwhile, just one day prior, Annalise posted her very own photo to Instagram while on the trip... much to her mother's dismay. "Missing her," Annalise lamented, along with two throwback photos of herself and her friend, who was presumably back home in New York City. In the comments section, Robach joked, "Wow Australia looks familiar....." Perhaps stars really are just like us... mainly when tasked with raising teenage daughters.
