Jake Paul isn't exactly what you would call a lover boy, but he admitted he fell in love hard and fast with his current (or ex?) girlfriend, influencer Julia Rose. Paul, a YouTube star-turned-professional boxer that once faked getting married to fellow internet personality Tana Mongeau for views, has been romantically linked with Rose since 2020.
Paul and Rose met in 2019 when Rose starred in the music video for Paul's song "These Days." It was apparently love at first sight, with Paul professing his love for the influencer only after six hours of hanging out together. "I told her I loved her the first day that we met," Paul said during an "In Depth with Graham Bensinger" appearance in 2021. "I've never done that ever. I don't love people like that... It was like six hours we spent together. And so I literally just told her, 'I love you.'" Rose didn't appear surprised and even confessed that she liked her boyfriend's spontaneity. "He's crazy. He's psycho, but I like it," she said.
But like most celebrity relationships, the two have endured public fallouts and breakups, with outside parties even getting involved at some point. To say that their romance is tumultuous is definitely an understatement.

"It's been completely off-camera. That's super healthy," Paul said on the "Night Shift" podcast. "It's good to have real relationships off-camera that you value, and you know that person genuinely cares about you and isn't just there to be in content and get clout out of the situation."
While it's hard to know how many times the two have split, they announced they were back together during an interview with ET in 2021. Rose said it only took a FaceTime call for them to reconcile. "Look at this face. Could you blame me?" she mused, with Paul quipping, "I think we might get married. She's proposing to me right now." In March 2022, they broke up again, with Paul tweeting, "Alexa, play 'I'm Single' by Jake Paul." He was spotted getting cozy with influencer Sky Bri shortly after but continued to comment on Rose's social media. This infuriated the "Are You the One Star," prompting her to tag Paul's alleged new girlfriends. "@realskybri @emilysalch either of you wanna come claim him since you're so eager to post him?" she wrote. "Prime example of why I broke up with him. Feel free to post more s**t to make me feel better about my decision."

On Valentine's Day 2023, the boxing star shared photos of his "date" with his boxing gloves, indicating that boxing could be his only true love.
With Paul and Rose's history of breaking up and getting back together, it won't be surprising if the two wound up in each other's arms again. After all, Paul had already expressed intent on settling down with Rose. "We are not married. But I see that coming, for sure. I got her a nice promise-ring-slash-pre-engagement ring. I plan on proposing sometime soon. But we'll see what happens," he told Stephanie Haney on the "3 Things to Know" podcast.
He previously revealed the two were thinking of starting a family. "Julia and I are actually having conversations on like when to get pregnant," he explained during his "BS with Jake Paul" episode. "She's my support system as well. Like emotional support and all that; someone I can lean on, and you know we're wanting to start a family, but I think behind every great man there's a great woman, and behind every great woman is a great man."
