Page Six stated in 2013 that onlookers witnessed Foxx and Rice celebrating with friends until the late night hours one night at the Delano Hotel. The two were "dancing, drinking and all over each other," one witness said. The news outlet additionally wrote that it had been reported that Foxx and Rice had possibly been seeing each other years before this outing took place.
