Where Does Kylie Jenner Live And How Big Is Her House?

When she's not busy with her multi-million dollar cosmetics empire or raising her baby girl Stormi Webster, reality star Kylie Jenner can probably be found adding to her growing real estate empire. According to an October 2018 People report, the 21-year-old had, at the time, spent around $40 million on real estate — but more on that in a moment.

As of September 2019, Jenner lives in Beverly Hills, in the home she purchased with her now-ex-boyfriend, rapper Travis Scott. Jenner and Scott allegedly purchased the 9,860 square foot stunner together, back in October 2018 when they reportedly split the $13.45 million price tag of the home, according to "a real estate source," who spoke to People

In February 2019, Jenner and her stunning home graced the cover of Architectural Digest, showing off not only the house itself, but the pop-art-meets-princess style in which Kylie decorated it. Jenner worked closely with LA designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard to turn her regular mansion in to the girly confection it is today. She told Architectural Digest, "I told Martyn I wanted a fresh, fun vibe to match the way I was feeling. Color was essential. I love pink, and I wanted a lot of it!"

What are Kylie Jenner's next big real estate plans?

The playful pink and personal touches of Jenner's Beverly Hills home (shown above) are a far cry from the muted tones of the first home she flipped. Jenner originally got into the real estate game back in 2015 (when she was 17 years old) with the purchase of her 4,851 square foot, $2.7 million starter home, which she decorated almost entirely in black and white. The make-up mogul later called a $6 million Hidden Hills, Calif. estate home (she also snapped up the adjacent $4.5 million abode), before upgrading to another luxe manse in the same neighborhood with a price tag of $12 million (per Trulia's real estate blog).

The star has ever-shifting taste, is what we're getting at, and with the rocky status of her relationship with her current roomie, it's possible that her 90210 address could change. As it turns out, that next move could have already been in the works. Thanks to the all-seeing eye of TMZ, Jenner was snapped back in January 2018, scoping out a construction site on what ET later confirmed was an "over seven acre" lot. Why? She's "looking for a quieter life, and wants to buy land to build a compound," a source told ET, adding, "Kylie wants to build a farm, garden and have a horse stable."

Sounds like someone is taking a page out of her big sis Kim Kardashian and brother-in-law Kanye West's recent playbook. So, is Kylie Jenner really going to ditch Travis Scott and opt for ranch life? Only time will tell.
