Inside Khloé Kardashian's Massive House

Anyone who's watched Keeping Up With the Kardashians knows that every member of the famous reality TV family lives in a spectacular home (although, TBH, not everything you see is the real deal). Kim Kardashian owns a massive (and pricey) estate, Kendall Jenner spent $9 million on a house in Beverly Hills, and in April 2020, news came out that Kylie Jenner had picked up a new residence that's practically a resort. Perhaps that purchase inspired her sister, Khloé Kardashian, who may also be thinking of moving. That is, if the buzz around a certain home that's hitting the market is to be believed.

While chatting with Real Talk on IGTV on May 25, 2020, Kardashian family realtor Tomer Fridman "teased a new listing" that sounds a lot like Khloé's home, according to People (and definitely looks like it when you see the photos that were also shared). "Describing the house ..., Fridman explain[ed] that the 11,000-square-foot, Mediterranean Revival mansion is located in The Oaks neighborhood of Calabasas [California], and is set to be listed for $18,950,000."

"It has real Hollywood history," Fridman said while opening up about the home. "It was owned, initially when it was built, by the ex-wife of an uber celebrity, he bought it for her in the divorce. ... Then we sold it to a very, very young pop star, who is very famous still to this day." Any guesses who that might be? Here's a hint: He may be "Sorry" to have sold this house, which sounds incredibly impressive.

Khloé Kardashian bought her home from Justin Bieber

It's hard to believe that Tomer Fridman was referring to anything other than Khloé Kardashian's home when you find out that while chatting on Real Talk on IGTV, he mentioned that the house he would soon be listing "was featured on the cover of Architectural Digest" and the owner appeared alongside "her sister [who] lives down the street."

That could definitely be Khloé and her equally famous older sibling, Kourtney Kardashian. The reality TV stars popped up together in the March 2016 issue of Architectural Digest, which is where readers learned about the property that Khloé had snapped up from pop star Justin Bieber in 2014, according to People.

"[O]ne of few homes in the area that sits along the Malibu Canyon," People notes, the property includes 1.56 acres that offer gorgeous views of the surrounding area. Architectural Digest adds that Khloé "dress[ed] her home in a kaleidoscopic array of Moroccan, Turkish, and Middle Eastern flourishes," which includes a "tented living room" that's described as "an ethereal white fantasy presided over by a massive Levantine mirror with silent-film-era allure." There's also a "vine-covered terrace, where hanging daybeds sway gently in the Pacific breezes."

Frankly, that sounds like the perfect place to take a break and appreciate the kind of life that affords such a stunning home. We just wonder who will be the next lucky owner of this enviable abode.
