Jeanine Pirro's Scandalous Outfits Betray Her Conservative Branding

United States Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro has earned a reputation as a tough, no-nonsense kinda gal. Never forget her screaming match with Whoopi Goldberg on live television or the time she blasted Fox News star Sean Hannity as an "egomaniac." But she has also made a name for herself as something of a right-wing fashion icon — often sharing her wardrobe deets with her loyal followers on social media and sometimes even asking for their input on which dress she should wear. Spoiler alert: the vibe is never Democratic blue.

In 2010, a reporter for The New York Times wrote a piece on her titled, "A Deal? Tell It to the Judge," documenting her every move as she dug through the racks of the now-defunct off-price retailer, Filene's Basement. And as it turns out, while Pirro lives an extremely lavish life, she's actually pretty frugal when it comes to fashion. "How do you spend $1,600 on a pair of jeans?!" she asked while hoisting up a pair of Dolce & Gabbana rhinestone jeans for the journalist to gawk at. "I could do that myself. I know how to use a stud gun," she insisted.

Interestingly enough, some of Pirro's fashion choices have been downright scandalous — even threatening to upend the conservative branding and image she's built for herself over many years in the political spotlight.

Jeanine Pirro has a history of wearing dangerously low necklines

Pics or it didn't happen? In December 2015, Jeanine Pirro took a trip down memory lane when she posted an old photo of herself from 15 years prior, wearing what proved to be a particularly busty evening gown. Suffice to say, the strapless dress left very little to the imagination. "I was off to a fundraising event for a hospital," Pirro wrote on Facebook.

As one can imagine, shortly after Pirro hit post, people came crawling out of the woodwork to comment on her, uh, assets. "If I would get her for a Judge I would go commit a crime," one user joked. Meanwhile, another quipped, "My Hospital needs a Fundraiser." Unfortunately, however, one Facebook user wasn't nearly as complimentary. "You diminish the veracity of your message by being a 'fashionista.' Important men don't do this and I consider you and your message important," they wrote. "I don't care about your shoes or dress and I am a woman. I care more so about your ability to affect our nation."

Was Jeanine Pirro headed to a Fox News show appearance or Las Vegas club?

In July 2016, long before Jeanine Pirro referred to Sean Hannity as an egotistical maniac, she posted a photo of herself heading to the set of the host's Fox News show wearing an ultra-tight yellow bandage dress that screamed Las Vegas club rat circa 2006. "Always working!! Be sure to tune into Sean Hannity tonight!" she posted on Facebook along with a picture of herself in a car. Perhaps this is what all of those Cosmopolitan issues were getting at when they wrote about taking a look from day to night? Did Pirro have plans to hit the town after "Hannity"? The world may never know.

What we do know, however, is that many of her followers were downright appalled by her outfit of choice for the news appearance, and they weren't afraid to let her know it. "You are intelligent, classy, & spot on with your opinions, but your choice of dress is inappropriate," one Facebook user said. Meanwhile, another wrote, "I like you Judge Jeanine Pirro but cleavage is NEVER appropriate in the workplace. Your girls are on full display in this photo."

Jeanine Pirro's Halloween get up was a nightmare

On October 31, 2025, newly-minted United States Attorney Jeanine Pirro cemented her place on the list of worst-dressed MAGA stars at 2025 Mar-a-Lago parties when she turned up at a "The Great Gatsby"-themed party at the private club wearing a nearly see-through flapper-style dress with a sparkling, black and emerald green sheer overlay, complete with long black gloves and a feathered flapper hat. "Opening night at Mar a Lago with the Greatest President," Pirro posted on Instagram along with three photos of herself enjoying the Halloween bash with President Donald Trump and others. Alas, aside from Pirro's scantily clad Gatsby get-up, the party itself proved to be the antithesis of conservative. As reported by the Daily Mail, partygoers sipped on champagne all while watching a burlesque dancer pose in a larger-than-life martini glass.

Later, many took to the comments section to let their thoughts be known. "Pagans celebrating while wrapping themselves in Christianity as the people suffer. Awaiting the writing on the wall," one Instagram user wrote. Meanwhile, another quipped, "What a joke." Pirro, however, paid the criticism no mind. In December, she doubled down on the sheer evening gown and rewore it at the 48th Annual Kennedy Center Honors. Told you she was frugal!

Jeanine Pirro let it all hang out at a Mar-a-Lago holiday party

Jeanine Pirro let it all hang out over the 2025 holiday season. On December 31, 2025, the United States attorney took to Instagram to share a series of posts featuring photos of herself enjoying the holiday season with family and friends at — you guessed it — Mar-a-Lago. Alas, it was her party attire that really got people talking. Outfitted in a black tea-length gown, complete with a dangerously low embellished scoop neck, Pirro was the busty belle of the ball. Alexa, play "The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire)" by Nat King Cole.

As one can imagine, the comments section was filled with users giving their own two cents on Pirro's party 'fit. "Do taxpayers foot the bill for all your fillers and surgeries, like we do on your jets?" one Instagram user pointedly asked her. Meanwhile, another wrote, "She looks like she just headed to her HS prom."
