Denise Richards' Impressive Facelift Is Betrayed By Unfiltered Look At This Body Part

Denise Richards has transformed from ordinary child to major bombshell throughout the decades she has spent in the spotlight. Aging after sex-symbol status can't be easy, something Richards has been open about. In June 2025, she underwent a full facial rejuvenation. And by full we mean full. She had a facelift, a brow lift, a lip lift, eyelid surgery, and fat grafting. She also had her neck done, but necks are tricky, and the results weren't as crisp as her face.

In a March 2026 interview with Allure in which she discussed her procedures (seen below), the difference between her neck and face is undeniable. Richards' skin is absolutely flawless. Even though she celebrated her 55th birthday in February 2026, her new face looks uncannily similar to the '90s-era Richards. Her neck looks pretty smooth, but it doesn't match the smoothness of her face. Interestingly enough, what motivated Richards to consider plastic surgery was the aged appearance of her neck.

"I was always scared of a facelift, but I did want to do my neck — my late mom would always say that she had a turkey neck. I think it's genetic," she told Allure. Richards is happy with the results, and the general public seems to agree that her facelift was well-done. But some pointed out some issues in the neck area. "It's good work. My only gripe is that the neck lift has made her look like she has a big ole adams apple," a Reddit user argued. But if she's happy, that's all that really matters.

Denise Richards had gone under the knife before

The facelift isn't the only plastic surgery Denise Richards has admitted to getting. The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum has had work done on her breasts a whopping four times, having undergone the first boob job at just 19. "I wish that I was confident enough with my body to not have had surgery. That is something that I really want to encourage in my daughters," she wrote in a 2010 essay for iVillage, referring to the kids she shares with Charlie Sheen.

Besides, Richards' implants were too big, so she had to have them revised several times. "I'm happy with them now," she told Us Weekly in 2011. Even though she had a lot of experience with plastic surgery, Richards never felt comfortable enough to change her face until 2025. "A facelift is not something that I could hide," she said in the Allure interview. She's glad she did, but the timing was tricky to navigate.

Just 10 days after the surgery, Richards split from her second husband, Aaron Phypers. If the crumbling of her marriage played a part in her decision to go under the knife is unclear, but Richards admits she nearly let it be the official reason for her glow up. "I think I could have gotten away with, 'Oh, she looks so much better after her divorce,'" she said. Phypers disclosed her surgery to the world against her will, but ultimately she's okay with it. "I don't have any regrets. I really don't," she said.
