The cast of "Charlie's Angels" was known for their stunning looks back in the '70s and '80s, and now that the surviving stars are in their 70s and 80s, nothing has changed. Nowadays, Jaclyn Smith, Cheryl Ladd, and Kate Jackson are still just as gorgeous as they've always been (and we know we weren't the only ones who did a double take when they took the stage at this year's Emmy Awards). Smith, Jackson, and Ladd (who joined "Charlie's Angels" after Farrah Fawcett's exit in 1979) reunited at the 2026 Emmys to announce the winner of outstanding drama series.

Notably, their big moment also coincided with "Charlie's Angels" 50th anniversary, and the trio earned a standing ovation from the ceremony's attendees before they'd even started speaking. In the Television Academy's YouTube comments section, fans were just as excited to see them, even though some admitted they couldn't quite believe they'd been on the show so long ago. "Hard to imagine 50 years of Charlie's Angels," wrote one such fan. Another marveled at just how gorgeous they still were, gushing, "Beautiful ladies! Wow, these ladies are aging like fine wine." A third user simply noted the actors' ages to highlight how young the "Charlie's Angels" stars looked.

"Kate Jackson is 77 years old. Cheryl Ladd is 75 years old. Jaclyn Smith is 80 years old," they pointed out, to which another replied, "Hard to believe!" For the most part, the '70s stars looked very much the same as they did while the hit show was still on the air, right down to their hair colors and styles. Smith was the exception; while she'd sported rich, chocolate brown locks in "Charlie's Angels," today she's rocking an expensive-looking dark blonde 'do. Still, there was no mistaking Kelly Garrett. All in all, we daresay Charlie's Angels are even more stunning now.

The 'Charlie's Angels' stars' beauty routines are super wholesome

Given just how incredible the surviving stars of "Charlie's Angels" look today, it's no shock that many fans are wondering what their beauty secrets are. It may come as a surprise that all three have almost shrugged off the fact that they're so gorgeous. Case in point: During a September 2026 appearance on "The Drew Barrymore Show," Kate Jackson shared that their appearances weren't top of mind while they were making the beloved show. "I think we didn't think about it. We just did what we were supposed to do and that was it," she said. Jaclyn Smith, meanwhile, noted that while beautiful women were often not taken seriously on television, she loved that "Charlie's Angels" allowed them to use it to their advantage.

"We sort of used our feminine wiles and our beauty to accomplish our case," she argued. Still, she gestured to her heart as she reminded viewers, "Beauty [...] it's a hard thing. It's in here." Smith also pointed to the importance of being beautiful on the inside in an interview with People that very same month, proclaiming, "Everybody ages, everybody changes. It's the real stuff that puts you on top. Pretty is as pretty does. No one stays a 'Charlie's Angel' forever." That said, she focused on eating and living well and even having fat put into her face from time to time, to maintain a more youthful look. As for Ladd, she's also spoken about her real life impacting her looks for the better. "I love my work, I love my grandkids, I love my husband, I love my house [...] I just love my life," she told NBC 4 Los Angeles in 2020. It shows!
