Savannah Chrisley And Husband Jason Galanis Have Quite The Age Gap
Savannah Chrisley is married, and at 56, the 29-year-old's husband, Jason Galanis, is quite a bit older than her. However, far from trying to pretend that's not something she's aware of, Savannah has discussed it head-on (and made it clear that she's not concerned about it in the slightest).
Details about Savannah's marriage weren't immediately shared by the reality star herself. Rather, on October 27, 2026, she revealed to her Instagram followers that she was pregnant, included a ring emoji in her caption, and shouted out her partner, whom she referred to simply by his first name's initial, "J." The very same day of that post, she also released a solo episode of her "Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley" podcast and revealed that she and her partner, whom she simply referred to as "Jason," had gotten engaged in the Cayman Islands during a vacation. Two days after that, People revealed that Savannah and Galanis were actually married already and had tied the knot in July 2026 in the Cayman Islands.
And now, with all of that out of the way, the age gap. Savannah and Galanis have a whopping 27 years between them, which many social media users have pointed out is a very sizable difference. However, Savannah said on "Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley" that she's completely unbothered. "So yes, the age difference. So what? I don't care. Let me tell you, he does not look his age, nor does he act his age. His body is great, his mind is even sharper, so I really don't care. Okay? " she said. Savannah went on to add that, regardless of what anyone else thought, "This person is the love of my life, and it made all the heartbreak that I've gone through worth it."
Todd Chrisley isn't bothered by his daughter's older husband either
Savannah Chrisley isn't upset about her and her husband's age gap, and neither is her family. However, both Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley did admit to having some apprehensions over it early on. In fact, in a joint appearance on "Dumb Blonde Podcast," Todd told Bunnie Xo, "It was not something that I embraced." Julie's eyes widened knowingly at that, and she chimed in, "Not at all." That said, Todd went on to note that he realized he'd either have to get over it or potentially lose his relationship with his daughter, "and nothing is ever coming between me and my daughter." He also gushed that he'd witnessed how Jason Galanis treated Savannah and was blown away by the love and care he saw. Todd added of his son-in-law (though notably, he kept mum at the time as to whether they were married yet), "He's brilliant, and she is emotionally set for life, but she's financially set for life." He further alluded to Galanis being exceptionally wealthy, because after Bunnie pointed out that Savannah wasn't too hard up for cash herself, he raised his eyebrows conspiratorially and quipped, "She was good on her own, not like she is today."
Todd shared similar sentiments on his podcast with his brother and his mom Nanny Faye, "Two Sons and Me." In that, Todd asked Faye if she had any issues with the age gap (she didn't), before telling the audience, "Nanny and I always have a difference of opinion, but I want to say I ain't got a problem with it either, because I see how happy my daughter is."
Well, Todd, Julie, and Nanny Faye are a-okay with the age gap, but even if they weren't, Savannah clearly is, so we're wishing her the best!
