90 Day Fiance's Larissa Dos Santos Lima has a drastic new look

Larissa Dos Santos Lima rose to fame as Colt Johnson's lover-turned-enemy on 90 Day Fiancé. Larissa's bad attitude and Colt's strange relationship with his mother laid the groundwork for numerous arrests and a messy divorce. When things didn't work out, Larissa did what many heartbroken 90 Day-ers do — she pivoted to a spinoff.

Larissa joined the cast of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? in 2020. She let cameras follow her as she tried to get her life back on track, a big part of which involved completing her court-mandated community service. To Larissa, though, it was more important to update her looks than her criminal record. Season 5 premiered with Larissa feeling, and looking, like a whole new woman. "I did botox. I did my nose. I did my lips. I did my cheekbones. I did my chin," she said in her confessional (per Us Weekly). "I am a new woman and I feel very happy."

Later in the season, she met with a plastic surgeon to schedule a breast augmentation. She told the doctor she wanted breasts large enough to look "fake." The reality star hinted at wanting even more procedures in the future. Larissa told Entertainment Tonight in June 2020 that she also wanted a tummy tuck and a Brazilian butt lift on top of everything else.

Flash forward a few months to September when Larissa debuted a drastically new look on CamSoda (a live streaming platform) and fans were shocked at the change.

Larissa Dos Santos Lima wanted to look like Kylie Jenner

When you get a haircut, you might pull out your phone and show the stylists some celebrity pics for inspiration. Larissa Dos Santos Lima did the same thing, except when she went to Dr. Lane Smith with a photo of Kylie Jenner, she wasn't asking for her hair: She wanted her body. According to TMZ, Larissa dropped a cool $72,000 on the body of her dreams. Pretty ain't cheap, after all.

To achieve a cartoonishly curvy Kardashian figure, Larissa had a breast augmentation and underwent liposuction around her hips and abs. Some of that fat (roughly three lbs.) was then surgically implanted into her buttocks, giving her the Brazilian booty she's always wanted.

While fans didn't get to see any of that, they did get to follow Larissa as she recovered from yet another nose job on screen. Cameras caught all the action as doctors rolled a groggy Larissa out of surgery to promptly begin complaining to her new boyfriend about how uncomfortable she was. Some things never change, huh?

While you might be wondering how someone comes up with $72,000 for plastic surgery, it was a no-brainer for Larissa. The reality star told Life & Style that she uses Cameo to make extra money. "I can pay my attorney fees, my procedures and make a living," she explained. So, if you buy one of her Cameos, at least you know where your money's going — straight to a new butt.
