Cheryl Burke let her fans know she's doing okay after her fall

Cheryl Burke, who is partnered with Backstreet Boys' AJ McLean on Season 29 of Dancing with the Stars, quickly let her fans know that she was okay after her dance rehearsal injury. She took to Instagram and Twitter to share a positive update to her followers, writing, "Yesterday, I took a hard fall while rehearsing for #VillainsNight. Even though AJ kills me at the end of this Tango, this wasn't part of the routine. It's one of those things that can happen in a split second. Thankfully, I have the best partner I could ask for that was there to pick me up off the ground."

Luckily, it appears that DWTS fans can take a deep breath because Cheryl is doing okay despite her minor head injury. Of course, this isn't the first injury to occur during Season 29. Pro dancer Peta Murgatroyd pulled her neck on Oct. 12, 2020 and celebrity contestant Kaitlyn Bristowe also suffered a foot injury before her live performance on Sept. 22, 2020. Hopefully everyone else will make it through the rest of the season unscathed!
