Has Paola Mayfield From 90 Day Fiance Had Plastic Surgery?

TLC's 90 Day Fiancé franchise recently made headlines after former star Larissa Dos Santos Lima reportedly spent over $72,000 to look more like pop culture icon Kylie Jenner. Lima has since been asked to leave the series after showing off her new look by posing for a CamSoda "lingerie show." Some fans have even speculated that Lima modeled her surgically sculpted figure after her fellow 90 Day Fiancé star Paola Mayfield, whom Lima famously butted heads with during a reunion Tell-All special.

So, has Mayfield also gone under the knife herself? The Colombian beauty appeared with husband Russ Mayfield on the first season of the reality TV show before starring in numerous spinoff series, like 90 Day Fiancé: Pillow Talk and 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? The mother of one currently works as a model, influencer, and fitness coach, but her toned physique may not be all-natural.

Paola Mayfield opened up about her plastic surgery journey

Paola Mayfield has posted before and after photos on her Instagram to encourage followers to slim down, as well. However, Mayfield does not often share what the real cost of looking like her entails. In August 2018, Mayfield opened up her social media to fan questions and confirmed that she did, in fact, undergo certain past procedures. Mayfield revealed that she had one side of her upper lip "fixed" because it was uneven, and also received breast implants before moving to the U.S.

As for the rest of her? "Botox? Nope, and I'm really scared of getting into that world," Mayfield stated. "If I want to look younger or change the shape of my face I will do it, but for now, I'm good with this face." Mayfield also waved away rumors that her butt was fake. "That is 100% hard work, dedication, and genetics!"

In March 2020, Mayfield posted a St. Patricks Day-themed photo on Instagram showing off her toned tummy a little over a year after giving birth to son Axel. Even though she wrote that she was "showing off" her stretch marks, followers accused Mayfield of having a tummy tuck and liposuction. Mayfield clapped back, commenting that she can beat anyone in ab workouts. "What you see in my belly is cellulite from the fat I gained from my baby," she wrote. "14 months strong breastfeeding my son nonstop for any stupid surgery."

But Paola Mayfield distrusts doctors amid COVID-19

Fake body, fake news? While the Mayfield family is rumored to be returning to 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, they have made their controversial beliefs about vaccines, coronavirus conspiracy theories, and pseudosciences widely known. However, they certainly will not be the first couple to cause a stir within the franchise, and fans are divided over whether or not the Mayfields deserve to return to the hit reality show.

Regardless of the truth behind Paola Mayfield's plastic surgery procedures, the reality TV star has been promoting arguably unsafe practices. The fitness guru took to Twitter to mock people wearing masks during the COVID-19 pandemic, and even criticized nurses' TikTok videos in a since-deleted Instagram Story. Fans were quick to call out Mayfield's cruelty, leading her to further bash healthcare workers.

"While they are having fun, people are losing their minds by being in their houses without a job, maybe without food, knowing they are losing everything and scared to death because the news are telling them that doctors are working 24/7 saving lives," Mayfield wrote. "Then, you see doctors on TikTok during a pandemic, zero stress, having fun, and I'm not saying they don't deserve that, but I don't understand that they have time to do all of that? I'm sorry, but I do question everything when it doesn't make sense..."

It seems Mayfield's trust of doctors only extends to plastic surgeons.
